Robert and Mark are simply exceptional. We had a number of quotes from 'experts' and quickly realised that we needed to work out who we could trust - as the quotes and KW heat requirements were all over the place from a range of 'reputable' firms. Seems deliberately undersizing the units is a tactic to win work based on cheaper quotes - but not the case with Robert and Steve . These guys earned our trust in spades. This was a huge decision for us, as we had to replace our ancient gas ducted system. Could not be happier with the product and the investment. Noticeably fewer coughs and colds, less asthma, beautiful even warmth rather than blasting hot air. Overcame some tricky access issues. We are delighted with the speedy job and Robert's follow ups to ensure everything was solid and as attractive as possible in a retrofit. Robert cheerfully (and quickly) responded to correct a small fault left by the team, and adjusted the settings to ensure a more economical and "green" operating mode.

Their quote was far better than another that would have meant lifting up carpets and moving out of home for days, and cleaned up perfectly. Really enjoyed interacting with Robert, who was friendly, patient and professional at all times.

I'm greatly enjoying the novelty of quiet, pleasant and reliable warmth.

Updating my review- whilst renovating our house 2 years after getting the hydronic heating installed, it was alarming to find out that water taps had been used in place of gas taps which is illegal and extremely dangerous. I contacted the hydronic heating systems people to tell them about this and they never even responded. Don’t use this company!!!
Our old weatherboard house is finally nice and cosy (and just in time for summer!). Impressed with the service - very personable and installed quickly. Would recommend hydronic heating and Mark and Rob to anyone in Melbourne.

We we very happy with the service, prompt, on time and to the point. They were able to think creatively on how to install the system in a difficult 1870s building and it works brilliantly.

This has been a wonderful experience. After living in Berlin for two years with a hydronic heating and hotwater system I had already been sold on what a great, and common, form of heating this is. After we returned to Australia we started looking around for a supplier.

I am now really happy we decided to go with hydronic heating who made the whole process simple and enjoyable. The 'Antarctic Vortex' we have been experiencing this July is no match for our new Baxi system. Thanks Guys.
