From the start of the measure & quote process to getting the system installed and subsequent fixing of a minor issue, i have nothing but admiration for the professionalism displayed by Mark, Rob and their crew.
Our install was not so straightforward but the guys managed to be very creative and figured out ways around the issues. Their knowledge of the system is beyond anyone else that i have dealt with, & i got 4 different quotes.

Installation of very modern and stylish panels in seven places completed promptly by most pleasant and co-operative installers. These guys were referred to us by a friend and we would more than happily refer them again to someone else. Everything was explained well by all members of the team and no question was too big or too small. Everything was done in a highly professional manner from the instillation by Jacco ( assisted at times by Peter) from the initial and subsequent visits by Robert to make sure the decisions for panel placement and size would optimize the heat output to the first stage of enquiry when we emailed Mark. All in all a great job and we are very happy with it. Can' wait to try the heated towels rails. Come on cooler weather.

Rob, Mark and Jacco did a fantastic job from the word go. Other companies basically said it was all too hard given the lack of access under the house but for these guys it wasn't a problem. We had 11 panels installed, over 2 stories taking a bit of over 2 days to complete. Price was very competitive and given the importance of getting it right it was an easy decision to go with them.

After they completed the initial quote, I tweaked the panels to suit our furniture layout which wasn't a drama's and away we went.

Would recommend to anyone.

Robert patiently answered all my questions prior to, during and after the installation. We have just had Hydronic heating installed in our home. 13 No in a combination of Vertical and Horizontal in our existing two store home. From the start both Mark and Robert were very helpful and assisted us in all our queries. They were very informative and offered great advice on panel selection and location. The installation was difficult to say the least and Luke and Oscar were a pleasure to have in our house. Oscar spent a lot of time under our house in restricted space. We were really happy with the hydronic heating installation provided by Mark, Robert and Sean. They were professional and were great at answering all our questions prior to, during and after installation. We had panels installed into our family home. As we are in the process of doing some work to two of the rooms they were happy to do a limited installation and then return to finish the job when we have completed the renovation.

Top Quality Job, well above and beyond my expectations. I was somewhat sceptical when Robert assured me that piping could be placed underneath the house and particularly near the concrete slab.
