Just had Naked ADSL connected. The process was quick and easy. The sales and support staff were friendly. As Naked ADSL is relatively new, some providers don't provide such efficient service.

Been with iiNET for a numbers of years now. Love their new naked DSL product, finally I don't need to pay for a phone line just to have broadband internet at home. Usually reliable and fast, service has improved too over the years.

You really do get the speed you are paying for with this company. Their service is friendly and helpful and they offer great support to their customers. They dont' throttle peer to peer traffic and are extremely well priced.

We have been with Ozemail aka IINET for almost 7 years and even though the service isnt always wonderful - our broadband often drops out i find that it is worth putting up with due to the excellent cost and deals that they have

For an ISP that goes on about how much better they are iinet seem to have a lot of outages. That is annoying but even more annoying is the wait times when you call the support line, hours!! It can be so frustrating

We had a line outage a couple of weeks ago and I had to go to a neighbors house to call in the fault. They promised to call me back at a certain time so we could do some diagnostic work together and they never did. Plus it took almost a week to get the fault restored. They claimed it had to do with the flooding in Queensland, but we are in Victoria and that doesn't seem right.

I was with this internet provider for about 2 years and was constantly having problems with the net dropping out, also the wait times on hold are absolutely ludacris. A couple of times I was on hold from nearly half an hour and finally got through to someone, they put me on hold to check some information and cut me off, I have to call again and wait for another 20 mins. I have recently changed and am much happier with my new provider.

Great ISP. They are innovative and really know their stuff. I'm looking forward to the day that they become more of a major player in the market... and when people start realising there's more than just Telstra and Optus.

I have been an iinet ADSL2+ customer (Collingwood exchange) for 2 years. Speeds are consistently good - right now I'm getting 1Mb/s download speeds. I can only recall 2 service outages during the time I've been with iinet. Their offpeak times are quite long too, going from 2am-12pm, meaning that even though my connection is at the office I can take advantage of my offpeak allowance in the mornings during business hours.

I have been a customer with IInet for over 5 years. I have never had a problem with them or their service. I have rung them sometimes with computer problems and they have always solved the problem.
