Have used iiNet for a while, hassle free and good value for internet and phone. I have ADSL2+ Home 2 and home phone with voip. I think I'll be using them for a long time to come.

Very happy with iinet, very helpful, ring up and get a 'real' person who does not try to rush you in anyway, will stay on the phone for hours and guide you step-by-step through your problem, good service.

Good company, relatively good customer service. We were with them for about 18 months, chose them for their naked adsl and price.

I have been with iinet for many years and have always been happy with the speed of the connection and reliability of their service.. Miles ahead of my previous provider Bigpond that was always going down (for me at least)..

I don't like their Belkin hardware but once I bought my own hardware everything was fantastic and I won't hold it against them considering the overall value and reliability of their service..

Support is also very good if you need help with anything..

Approximate cost: $69

Provider of broadband and phone services.

Service = the customer service team are generally pretty good but the let down is that there are so many different departments looking after all the different stages of your connection/reconnection that things get lost and you have to constantly chase them up to get updates.

Hardware = the BoB unit was great as a modem (I was getting up to 900k speeds downloading sometimes) but miserably failed as a phone/handset. I had multiple issues and iiNet were unable to fix these. I have returned my unit now and am using a modem of my own instead.

Value = great in the sense that you don't necessarily have to sign up to a contract, but they could do alot better with the gig's.

Update 08.10.10 = I unfortuantely had to end up cancelling my account with iiNet today as 29 days later, I am still waiting for my broadband to be relocated. VERY disappointed.

Staffs are helpful and polite. Great value for money as compared to those large telco such as Telstra. The support hotline is also easy to connect to **English-speaking human** who can help you promptly.

Approximate cost: $30

I made the change to iiNet after Telstra problems and I haven't looked back since. The phone operators are Aussies who are easy to understand and knowledgeable. I haven't had a bad experience yet. The online Toolbox is easy to operate and help me see exactly what i'm using. The Freezone is great, especially being an Xbox user. I recommend iiNet to anybody and everybody. It's about time we had a service provider who cared about customers and keeps the work in Australia.
