Currently on ADSL 2+ Very high uptime with very decent speeds. Decent download limit for what I pay monthly. Would like a larger window for the off peak download allowance though.

We switched to naked DSL..our broadband and phone calls are wonderful value now.
We have no service drop outs and we are always treated courteously when we call and not kept on hold for extended periods of time. We don't have whopping great bills through the mail anymore. I am REALLY a very happy customer of IINET

Had ADSL with iinet on the Casuarina exchange. Good latency, good speeds, and cause they're in Perth, customer service is open till late. A very good budget ISP that also has landline phone packages, although I didn't like having to pay for $10 worth of calls each month, cause I never used to make that many.

Have been with iinet for about 5 years now, was one of their first customers in queensland. They offer a great reliable and fast service. While sometimes their helpdesk can be a bit slow to answer, their pricing and value eclipses everything on the market. Highly recommended for ADSL2+

had Internet connection in past but it drops out but all I have to do is reset the modem and it's fine again. I have had no problems with VoIP service at all. Great value for money. I haven't had any problems so I haven't had to call the support line so can't comment on that.

I have been using iinet, since the takeover of ozemail. They went the extra mile after the takeover... ozemail had left me in the dark with no internet for six months. Ever since I then I have had nothing but the best service EVER. THANX IINET.

There are cheaper ISPs, but iiNet offers very good value, in that it offers a fast, stable connection at a reasonable price. For users who don't want to throw away money on line rental, iiNet's Naked DSL in particular is a great option. They upgraded my download allowance by a lot recently, which was a nice bonus.

We upgraded our hardware for the internet and had a lot of difficulty spanning 2 months with regard to getting it configured correctly. Although the issue ultimately was not their responsibility to fix (as it was hardware they had not supplied) they went above and beyond to assist me. I had several very long tech support calls with very nice helpful people who seemed to genuinely want to solve my issues and have me happily surfing the net and using their VOIP services. Many of these calls were made at their expense too as I was only able to use my mobile phone while my home phone was out of order due to the configuration problems. This saved me a lot of additional expense which I am very grateful for.

I've been with a few ISPs over the years and iiNet provide a great service with fast connection and good download limits for the structured pricing. I have had no trouble at all with this provider and they are prompt to respond to any queries/problems.
