They are my ISP. I have my phone and internet bundled through them and am yet to have anything major to complain or be disappointed about. Customer service is fantastic, and the service has dropped out just once in the 2 years I have been with them. Bundles are reasonably priced also.

iinet are the best - when Telstra told us they didnt service our new area we called iinet, and what do you know, they did! We have been with them for full service for 2 years and only dropped out once or twice in that time. Their support staff are great. I have full VOIP service and although the quality of those calls is not the best, it may be our phone, not the service that is responsible. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been an Iinet customer for over 2 years now. Their prices are the most affordable especially when bundled with home phone and internet. I can even see previous calls on my online database and manage my account with ease. Whenever I need technical support, I don't need to wait and it doesn't matter what time I call. Although, mostly international service reps, they are very professional, friendly and supportful. I have hardly any problems unless I have to reset my modem when changing computers. Other than that, this is a great company with great prices!

This is probably one of the best Internet Service Providers in Melbourne, with the most affordable and reasonable deals. They willing to cater to an somewhat more Internet savvy client base and therefore don't treat their customers like idiots, resulting in better plans, more stable service, although customer service could still do with a bit of work.

Have been with this company for 6 years for broadband internet. Speed, service and quality are all very good. ONly occasional dropouts. Plans are also excellent prices. It is peak/offpeak download though, if you do not like that. Customer service, though, takes a long time if you call at the wrong time. Can be waiting for up to 30 mins or an hour just to deal with connection problems. Staff are very helpful once you get through though.

Really fast internet, my friends are with other isp's and one even lives in Girrawheen, really close to the exchange but I still have a faster connection! Really stable connections as well barely and drop outs over the 3 years I've been with them. A larger/unlimited offpeak quota like some other ISP's would be good.

A very good budget ISP that also has landline phone packages. Iinet have good fast internet and were one of the first isps to implement ADSL2+, been with them for approx 2.5 years..and few problems I had were resolved quite well.
