the customer srivce is ecxcellent when compared to other branches of ing.The queue is not too big and offer a friendly service

i have been with ing for a few yrs now and i think their interest rates are great. Savings account is the best one ive found and every time i go into their branch i am always suprised with the personal touch to their services.

I have been with ING since April 2003. I don't think i have had any problems with them. I do everything via internet banking, and i think the only time i have had to contact them by phone, is when i have had to change certain account details.
Their Savings Maximiser account has excellent interest, but u needed an external bank account (NAB etc) to transfer the money in and out of. They now have a Everyday account, which is like a normal bank account, so that would eliminate having the external account.

I highly recommend this bank over the other main banks.

I only found ING direct recently, and have foolishly been paying bank and credit card fees for years now. Fees should be a think of the past. They offer no fees on their savings and credit card accounts with unlimited transactions and ATM withdrawals. They even pay you to take money out of an ATM (if it is more than $200. This is what banking should be like! The application is quick and painless, and I wasn't on hold for 30 minutes before a rep answered the call.

Drop the big 4, and move to ING!

I really like the how I can pay no fees whatsoever and always have an active and open account to transfer money back and forward. Their interest and bonus interest deals are great too.

More than anything i like about this bank is the customer service is excellent unlike the big 4 banks.They explain the details about the accounts or transaction in a very professional way

I have had a Savings Maximiser for years and have found ING Direct's interest rates to always consistently be the best. I joined initially for the $100 bonus payment, but stayed for the ease of use, the service and the value.

Recently I opened an Orange Everyday account which incorporates a Visa Debit card. It is very easy to use, has the same features as any other savings account but has NO fees, and even pays me .50c everytime I withdraw over $200 from an ATM! I love this account so much.

Highly recommended.

They pay me! From $5 to $20 for deposits and even ATM fees! And there's NO fees!!! Bad point is you have to send off deposits but can't deal in cash..

its great you only have to deal with things online but if you have to ring you can i have no needed to ring great product
