I have not had much to do with ING, but i did open an account a few years ago, the setup process was very easy and i was impressed with the customer service, there werent very many locations available though. My experience overall was 4 stars out of 5.

I think ING is a terrific service and is easy to use. The call centre is open 24/7 so there is always someone who can help you with the products and the rates are great!

ING are the bank to TOP all banks! No account keeping fees, $20free, on sign-up, and up to date information on all its services, fast and easy! The best thing is the "INTEREST" your money earns STAYS with you!!!
Another BONUS in my opinion, is the 24 hour wait to transfer funds into your accessible a/c, it can be a god send!, especially if your an impulse buyer, by the time its available your impulsiveness has disappated, and you can regain back some of that control! I love I.N.G Direct!!!
