Inspire Education's Cert IV in Bookkeeping is a complete waste of money. Full of errors and out of date, difficult to contact anyone whether it be the Complaints/Training Mgr, trainers or even the CEO. Difficult to access course materials and assessments. Assessments take 6+ weeks to mark. Complaints process is frustrating and did not respond to key issues of concern but instead only refer to minor issues they can make excuses for eg there are only errors in the course materials because they had to rush to publish the course to meet govt deadlines. So you will be paying for a test run. Inspire reluctantly and finally agreed in writing to provide a partial refund however they must have problems with their accounting systems as well as they have yet again failed to deliver on their promised timeframe. I am now studying with another RTO which is brilliant. So much more professional and supportive. Don't waste your money with Inspire Education.

No matter how many times you resubmit written assessments or practical exercises, there is always a reason to resubmit after waiting 6 weeks for a result. It's designed to sell you extensions or upgrades to fast-track at great expense. You will learn nothing from video lectures and if you have time to join Webinars or call a trainer during business hours then you shouldn't be doing an online course. It's suspicious how they get so many positive reviews because it's designed to fail.

They have really awesome and helpful trainers. And their response rate is amazing, this made my first time experience in distance learning awesome,they understand the value of time.

I recently completed an online course Cert IV in Training and Development with Inspire and have been really happy that I am able to complete this course 100% online as attending face to face training is not a feasible option for me at the moment.

Inspire made it really affordable and gives you access to many webinars that are informative and sufficient in providing information required to complete the assessment.

I just completed my Cert IV TAE with Inspire, great course, great support overall a fantastic RTO :) This is now my second experience with Inspire and I will definitely be back for another course soon!

Just completed a Cert IV WHS online from WA, this is the second qualification I have completed with Inspire Education and cannot fault the Trainers, Admin and their customer services. Will use again and encourage others to check them out.

I have recently completed a Cert. IV in Work Health and Safety with Inspire Education. I have really advanced in my career through this course by obtaining a stronger understanding of WHS. I decided to go with the self-paced track because I work full time and this method worked very well for my-self. Inspire offered great support throughout the course with valuable feedback and advice from the instructor. I appreciated having the same instructor and being able to create a relationship that assisted in my learning. I would recommend this course to anyone who would like to begin or progress in a career in WHS.
