Just called Vodafone CS and wasn't expecting a great result. Took about 10 mins to get where I needed, but the CS officer was great. She even took my number and phoned me back with a resolution. Thanks

Very pleased with the results - I asked for both cover letter and resume package. Had to complete a question form which took a bit longer than I expected but it actually came in handy as it helped me remember points for an interview. They were more expensive than I was first going to pay but i received really good feedback from recruiters.
