Had partial of house blackout due to a faulty light bulb. Prompt to attend to our issue. Work very professionally, efficiently and waste no time. Neat and tidy. Very sociable and friendly. Very good in troubleshooting the problem. Fix the problem very promptly. Excellent technician. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

JAE Electrical have serviced our house in Vermont South for over 15 years. When we wanted work done, they were on time and courteous. They also came up with innovative ideas to make our house lighting a little different from the rest. When we installed our new kitchen, they were there to do the rewiring. We cannot fault their quality and professionalism. We have never had a call back, and, value for money they are without peer.

John was outstanding in his work and communication skills always available to answer questions an patient when we made changes to our original plans.

John disconnected our old wall air conditioner and installed a new power point. He quoted the price upfront (so there were no surprises!!) and also helped install the new a/c (which overall, took 2 hours). At all times John was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to others.

John provided sevice to my external security system. What was to be a simple task ended up somewhat more complicated than expected. John handled the situation perfectly and resolved all issues to my expectations.

Our power went out early Sunday morning, John sorted out the problem over the phone (no charge!) to get us through the weekend. I'd recommend John and JAE electrics to anyone!
