Great service, ordered and received the items almost straight away, no hanging around, well packed and arrived safely would definitely use again, especially as we live out in the country and it is sometimes difficult to get into the bigger shopping centres for items

It's pretty much self service, none of the staff seems to be interested to give you a hand or do a sale. but i guess that's the price you pay for getting cheap goods. SOME of the stuff is cheaper than most of the other retailers, but not all. You just need to do your homework before getting into the shop.

DVD's and music galore, not to mention the other electrical equipment found at its watergardens store. I found movies that I have always wanted to purchase at decent prices, as well as music.

I have go there a lot of things and feel the stuff is always doing things slow and have to wait quit a long time to get serviced. The price for the games are very comptitive with other major game store like eb and games. But u will not be able to exchange the games without a good reason which is very annoying.

I bought a plasma television from here and the shipping was extremely fast, i would definately consider to other people.It is cheap on the online store also.

Used them once before, their purchasing service was simple enough... however same couldn't be said about their repairs service.. the products were good value however.
