fantastic staff, so many genre's of music available. definitely for people who want value for money. easy to find Cd's and DVDs that most "commercial" places don't have. overall very happy with my experience at jb in Melbourne!! check it out!

Good prices but sales people do not know that much. I suggest this place for people who want good prices but if you have not done your research I suggest to go to a different place with more expert advice

I bought a PS2 Hero Game Bundle on-line and rang JB Hi-Fi but no one answers on weekends so I called several stores and was assured that the 'bundle' included the Eyetoy camera (essential for playing the game). When it arrived there was no camera. After lots of discussion I was told to send it back and wait to see if I could have a refund. I was very disappointed that there was no camera included and that I couldn't take it back to a store instead of waiting on the slow mailing process to get my money back. The people on the phone just didn't care. I think it is false advertising and such a big business should have been able to help me out.

Ordered software on-line, process very easy, would have rated higher but delivery was a bit below what I expected. Time from order to receiving of goods felt very slow and feed back was non-existant, also no simple way to track order progress.
