Really appreciate the massive range of titles they have to offer with the low price, Recommend try JB or Big W for good value.

Sometimes I find that even though JB Hifi has a great election, you cant always find what you are after. Staff are always very helpful. However I find the online store, if your item isnt available, it takes a long time to hear anything isn't from them.

Great place to shop. Easy to navigate website. Price match on other stores. Love being able to check prices online before venturing to the shops.

I order a CD online 4 weeks before Christmas. My understanding was that it was being sourced out in Australia. It has been 7 weeks now and I am still waiting for it. When trying to track it would only get a response of Order in pogress.

I went online to order a product for the kids i was then told online that i can also get it in the store so i said ok and went in store. guess what they did not have it in store and was told to go back online. not happy at all.
