What can i say the service was online although my dvd was sent out promptly and i was invoiced correctly. I found ordering online easy and would recommend it if you know what you are looking for.Over all a good experiance

Hi visit JBHIFI in the flesh all the time as it is one of my favorite stores as it always has the best range at the best price. I purchase everything from my 50' plasma to DVD's. I use the online store when I don't get a chance to go to the shops and find the prices the same.

I have used JB hi-fi online only once and it was definately worth it. I was able to buy cheaper CD`s than in the store. The team were helpful and friendly - as I had to ring a few times to find out where my CD`s actually were. But the CD was delayed in being made. Overall great experience

I find Jb-Hi-Fi to be a good electronics store. It has a great range of products, computers, games, cameras, DVD's, CD's and much more. Staff could be a bit friendler but overall an above average experience.

Bought a product online and it never was delivered! When I followed up they said it was no back order but I never was told that. There was a lack of communication from there behalf. Not sure if i would order anything online from them again......
