The Kent Packer who came and packed up on the Friday did a fabulous job, as did the two removalists on the day. In fact it was noticed by more than one person how they were not only careful with the movement of the furniture, but also of the walls, doors and light fittings in both premises. They were extremely easy going, patient and respectful with us and in particular our mother who was quite overwhelmed by the day. There were no breakages, cracks, chips or scuff marks on anything or anywhere.

Love this crowd! Right from the beginning these people provided excellent customer service. Unlike other companies which failed to respond at all to messages left! We finally chose Kent from among 4 other quotes and Kent undercut them all.
On the day of uplift (in Tassie) they arrived when promised, sent two awesome guys with great senses of humour and who really knew what they were doing. They talked me down from being a stress head and handled all of our belongings with such respect I was wonderfully surprised. Their estimate for time of arrival in Qld was spot on and the truck was here ready and waiting for us when we got to the house early in the morning.
The Qld end was just as good and they were careful and lovely guys as well. Nothing was lost or damaged and the whole experience was a very positive one. Thanks Kent!

Kent packed and relocated our 4 bedroom home from Brisbane to Rockhampton. Their customer service team were amazing to deal with and made our move stress-free. Their team showed up right on time, and all of our furniture and items were packed very well and with the up-most care. We did not have a single broken item which is amazing considering the amount of breakable items we had. When they unpacked into our new home, the guys were so helpful in moving the furniture to the right areas of the house and assembling everything for us.
