A massive shout out to the team at Kent for a fantastic job in moving us was great to not have to stress

The two lads who did the job were excellent. Communicated with me regularly, got the job done well up some pretty tricky stairs and helped me get my washing machine into a tight spot I would have struggled without them. Good blokes too. Thanks.

We had great service from the guys at Kent when our container arrived in Perth from the UK. They worked hard to unload and unpack our belongings to our instructions and then tidied up and removed the packaging.
They were polite & helpful and really we couldn't have asked for more.
The customer service side of keeping us informed of the location of our container and arranging the delivery date was also great.

From the time I 1st contacted Kent Launceston for a local removal, to the delivery of our goods, I have been most impressed with the professionalism of all, the courtesy with which we were treated, and the 'can-do' attitude and good humour of the crew who did the uplift as well as the delivery.
I wish there was another category to rate the removal services as I would like to tick an ''exceptional'' box!

Using Kent made moving interstate really easy. And the guys who picked up and delivered my things were super nice and professional. They even laid down floor coverings to keep my floor clean and dry.

Kent were fabulous to deal with right from quoting and arranging my move from Shepparton VIC to Launceston TAS they kept me fully informed every step. My 15m3 of goods were loaded into a container for the move and arrived here in Launceston fully secured

The delivery team were most helpful and extremely polite.This was an upstairs delivery and they did not complain about the heavy items. They even helped unwrap the heavy furniture and yesterday they removed all of the wrapping materials from the property

When i was moving an hour closer to the city i could not have chosen better people to work with. We moved a large 4 bedroom house, to a even larger two story building in the city. The process for getting a quote, to getting packing boxes (which was included in quote) was very pleasant, and the receptionist was very friendly.

Once the moving day came, the guys that were doing the actual removal of my furniture were as careful with my items as i would have been myself. They arrived on time, gave me an accurate estimate of how long it would take, and got to work.

At the new place a week later, same thing, on time and unpacked all my items in a very timely manner which being very careful with my items.

I cannot be more happy with Kent Removals and Storage, i would recommend them to anyone.
