Just want to say how impressed my wife and I have been with the service from Kent. Once we made contact with Libby, in the Brisbane office, she kept us informed of the status of our inbound container all the way up to delivery. As for the delivery, the crew that came to deliver our possessions were friendly and professional at all times. They managed to unload a full 20ft conatiner in 45 minutes which really impressed us. The service of a free collection of the packing materials is also fantastic as once we unwrapped everything we had a mountain of packaging to remove. I couldn't fault the service we received from Kent and would recommend thoroughly. Great job done guys!

This is not my first move with Kent Removals & Storage and I could not see a reason to change as the prior move was done efficiently.
The 2 lads who moved my goods [and in 4 hours] recently, were polite, friendly and efficient and there was nothing broken or lost during the move.

We moved from Tasmania to Melbourne with Kent without a problem. The sales team and crews were professional, friendly and helpful and changing our unloading date a couple of times wasn't a problem. They were careful with our gear and nothing was lost or broken! We have since recommended them to others. It really was a stress free experience.

Very professional, and friendly, service. Interstate removal was handled effortlessly. Quotation stage and pick-up and delivery undertaken efficiently, with prior and proactive phone notification of estimated arrival times.

The total move from start to finish was extremly good and efficient, all teams were curtious and handled all items as if they were their own, including one car, would gladly recomend Kent to others starting the journeyof shifting house.
