Kent removed belongings from old homeand relocated to my new home in the two hours they quoted for. The guys were really helpful in placement of furniture. Very Happy.

Kent assisted us in taking a consignment from Singapore when it arrived in Australia and delivering to our home in Queensland. Kent made the process simple and convenient while maintaining quality in their service.

We've moved house a few times and this was easily our best service. This move was a local move in the Melbourne area. In the lead up the support team were great and helped to facilitate everything we needed. Then the guys on the day were perfect - super friendly and very professional. It was such a relief that everything went so well and moving day was a lot more relaxed than I thought it would be. Couldn't recommend Kent any more highly!

We moved from rural Darwin to goomari Qld with Kent there customer service was great and staff were friendly and the container was packed very well with no damages will use them again with out hesitation

We moved a moderately furnished 2-bedroom home inner state from a metropolitan to rural area. It was so well coordinated and the movers were super professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

I don't like moving. But when I do, it's a relief to use a company as professional as Kent. All the staff were helpful, and the crew that did the move were courteous, friendly, and careful.

I engaged Kent to move mostly clothes to the UK for a one year secondment. They quoted me 10 weeks but it took 14.

Everything arrived ok so the extra four weeks were just inconvenient.

I also got Kent to quote a local nice but they were a rip off. Even the boxes were twice the cost to hire than I could buy them for elsewhere.

Kent moved our belongings from WA to Vic. My husband ended up helping them load the truck as the men who were doing the moving were taking so long and messing about. When our belongings arrived in Vic, it was nice to arrive in our new place to find all our boxes and furniture in and not just in the basement of the building as we were first told they would be. We did have one piece of furniture destroyed which was very disappointing as we didn't sell it because we needed it, but instead ended up having to throw it away once we got here. It very clearly had been dropped from a height, but when we spoke to Kent about it they said it was damaged 'in transit' and they couldn't do anything about it. Unfortunately the company we are with use them to move their staff, so we will have to deal with them for years to come.

I used the Sydney branch of Kent's to have my belongings sent over from the UK. When they arrived, my laptop and camera were missing. The boxes had been opened by them 'for a quarantine inspection' and when I spoke to them initially they admitted that it had 'probably' gone missing in their warehouse. Every time I called them after that I was told 'just claim on the insurance and stop calling us'! They even sent me a letter saying they were no longer dealing with my claim and it was down to the insurers. They were extremely rude and defensive which makes me think they knew exactly who'd taken them.

Disgusting. People taking things other people have worked hard for is bad enough but when the people you're paying to take care of your belongings do it it's really disappointing. I'll never use them again.
