Relocation is always stressful and when we were faced with a move from the NSW South Coast to chilly Canberra we were delighted to find Kent Removals. The prompt and efficient response to my on line request for a quote and the subsequent communications convinced me that we were dealing with a highly professional company. We locked in the quote without even looking at other options.
This general impression of courteous, helpful professionalism was evident at all levels of the organisation. Prompt and friendly communication were the hallmark of the experience throughout.
When the truck and crew arrived almost to the minute of the scheduled time our impressions were reinforced. The two men bustled through the house and had all our gear on the truck with no fuss. Delivery just three hours later was just as efficient. The were helpful and efficient, stowing cartons and furniture and even offering advice on assembling the 'flat-pack' furniture. Their advice ensured that we had a bed to sleep on that night.
Finally after a short phone call they sent a truck to collect not only their empty cartons but a variety of packaging from the 'flat-pack' furniture.
Totally professional from start to finish, strongly recommended.
