I've been a client for a few years and love my visits to L.A.B. My therapists have always been so lovely and the treatments are my 'time out' as well as making my skin look better and better as I get older. I'm writing this review partly to say sorry and partly to say thanks because I actually had a recent problem with my skin and was deeply upset about it. I got very angry with my therapist (even though she didn't do anything) and Lesley sat with me for over an hour, patiently calming me down and discussing how she and the team would help to fix the problem. Well, it's been only a couple of months and my skin now looks great. I just had a 20 year reunion with some uni friends and they all commented on how I haven't changed a bit. Thank you!!

LAB Spa Clinic (formerly Lady at Bay), has the best client care I have ever seen. My Therapist (whoever I have at the time - they're all exceptional) never fails to take care of me and point me in the right direction and address any concerns I have. I have had a few "refreshers" here and i have always looked amazing and never had any complications or problems. They staff are great and i know im in very safe hands!

One of the girls suggested I have fillers under my eyes. I was so scared, but went for it. It has made an amazing difference and no bruising and no pain. I find this business truly exceptional. The care, expertise and trust factor make it a cut above the rest.

Last Saturday, the 19th October, I yet again visited Lady at Bay for a massage, except this time with an unusual request, with an amazing and unexpected outcome, which is what prompted me to write a review.
I've been going to Lady at Bay for the last 4-5 years primarily having relaxing massages (I love my massages). To start with, I've had to make an unusual request. At the very last minute, the morning of my treatment at Lady at Bay, I had to re-book my appointment due to a very frustrating morning (someone had severely hit my car which required it to be towed away, and this “someone” decided not to leave a note or any contact details). The receptionist had very thoughtfully asked if I was alright and whether I needed to re-book my appointment (as if she read my mind)! She was very accommodating and re-booked me in the afternoon which suited me perfectly. I was so grateful for this (possibly a hint of luck on my side to get a time on the same day). Generally, whenever I've had to make a last minute change due to unforeseen circumstances, I get stomped by someone saying “You still need to pay for your booking.” or “Unfortunately we can't book you in.” (without asking when would be a better time). The receptionist at Lady at Bay was the complete opposite. She said to me “That's not a problem at all. I understand that you've had an unfortunate accident. I would be more than happy to re-schedule your massage for you. What day and time will suit you best?”. Now that's customer service and you couldn't ask for more.
Now for the unexpected outcome. After having my massage, Katherine, my therapist asked if I had some time to spare. I actually did! In light of the events in the morning, Katherine and Lady at Bay, out of the goodness of their heart and generosity offered to give me a complimentary facial. Katherine mentioned that I would feel even more relaxed and hopefully take my mind off my car (which I dearly love). So naturally I accepted her offer. I've never had a facial before, and oh my goodness, I cannot describe how relaxing it was, let alone how great it is for my skin! This was the most generous and thoughtful thing anyone has ever done. How unexpected!
I am so grateful, and humble that Katherine and everyone from Lady at Bay were so generous, thoughtful, and accommodating. They have gone far beyond what anyone could ever ask for. I highly recommend Lady at Bay, their treatments and their staff.

I have been to Lady at Bay a couple of times and am now also buying my skin products from here. The service provided by Kathryn is second-to-none. Her care, attentive service and knowledge make for a very relaxing experience, and I would highly recommend if you are planning on some pampering - especially the red Omnilux treatment - like lying at the beach ..... but it's good for the skin and not bad!! So relaxing!

The medicalia products Katherine suggested me are expensive but good.. I plan to continue using them. But as far as the treatments provided at lady at bay are concerned ... I could see no difference at all in my skin after a series of treatments she suggested me to take as a package- omnilux-- made no difference at all on my skin, chemical peel- I took peels before and it resulted in skin peeling for a few days therefore reducing my scars atleast temporarily for months but the one given to me here wasn't medical grade (i was not told about it before and only after i called them after getting the treatment in the evening to ask if I should wash my face today or not,they admitted it was not medical grade) and my sister could not even believe I took a peel, oxygen booster facial- no visible affect on my skin. I clearly mentioned my reason of being there was reducing my acne scars on a long term and expected them to suggest a treatment for that. I was disappointed... forget scars.... after spending $300 I could not even feel get the clean feeling that I usually get after a simple clean up or scrub. I was told after all these treatments i will walk out with a glowing face but when I asked after the treatment why I see no difference, I was told you don't usually see a major difference after one treatment and I should book for more. I don't mind spending provided I see results as promised. I shall only go next time to use my coupons for buying medicalia products they stock.

I went to Lady at Bay for some skin care advice. I was relieved to find that there was a solution to my skin grievances and the staff are genuinely focused on achieving the best results from a holistic approach. They are caring, kind and so happy to greet you at every visit, that I feel like I am catching up with old friends. With 4 kids, I never afforded myself the time to invest in regular skin care treatments and now I am absolutely addicted to my oxygen facials!

I first went for an infusion and eyelash tint at Lady At Bay during the week. My skin looked amazing even a few days afterwards! My lashes had colour from tip to root(hardly anywhere manages to do this). The therapist kindly informed me my skin was dehydrated, which I was very thankful for, as I didn't realise, and I know dehydration can develop into lines(which I don't want!). So I decided to go back a few days later, have another infusion,combined with this awesome anti ageing light they have. I was feeling not myself, so I also opted to have a massage to perk me up. Oh my god!.....I fell into a relaxed coma (which is very unusual for me as I've been in the beauty industry for years and I'm not easy to please!). I've tried the cheaper Thai and Chinese massage places, but seriously, the few extra dollars paid at Lady At Bay,is nothing, for all the extras you get. For example-relaxing music, warm room, clean and beautifully smelling linen, super comfortable bed, the expert hands and technique of the therapist etc.etc. I actually felt like she genuinely cared about me. The products I have used from Lady At Bay, and the treatments I've had, give Real results. Customer service was excellent and the staff are elite.
I highly recommend Lady At Bay to anyone.
