Charles has taught my two boys for 10 years. My oldest sat his HSC last year and topped his grade in music. My youngest has just sat his trials for the HSC and is feeling confident about his final exams. Charles has been wonderful, more like a family member than a music teacher. I've been a client for a few years and love my visits to L.A.B. My therapists have always been so lovely and the treatments are my 'time out' as well as making my skin look better and better as I get older. I'm writing this review partly to say sorry and partly to say thanks because I actually had a recent problem with my skin and was deeply upset about it. I got very angry with my therapist (even though she didn't do anything) and Lesley sat with me for over an hour, patiently calming me down and discussing how she and the team would help to fix the problem. Well, it's been only a couple of months and my skin now looks great. I just had a 20 year reunion with some uni friends and they all commented on how I haven't changed a bit. Thank you!!
