I am a regular customer at the Prahran salon and could not recommend it highly enough. I always walk away happy with perfect, threaded brows.
My previous attempts at threading had always been too painful and I always reverted back to waxing, however the Lash and Brow Boudoir thread my brows so well and virtually painlessly.

Also very welcoming and accomodating to their customers.

I'm not one that likes to write bad reviews about a business. I'm sure there are so many people out there that are full of praises of lash and brow boudoir. That was how I found them on google based on reviews and braved myself to try threading my eyebrows for the first time.

My beauty therapist of 5 years has always waxed it for me and I was always happy with the job. She then left and I had a bad waxing job done 4 months ago by a different therapist. I waited for my eyebrow hair to grow since then.

I went to lash & brow boudoir yesterday at prahran. i made it clear that I didn't like curvy / pointy shape for my eyebrows and even showed a picture to the lady who did my threading. I know her name and I have no doubt of her expertise but obviously she did what she thought was best for me and I ended up with the eyebrow shape I hated the most, curvy / pointy tail. She went on to say that I didn't have much hair for her to do the shaping I wanted. She could have told me in the beginning and I would have stopped right there.

But she looked at the picture I showed her (I wanted a straight shaped eyebrow tail) and nodded. When she finally showed me the mirror after she finished with my right eyebrow and was in the middle of doing my left eyebrow, my heart sank. I love the look of my left eyebrow (I clearly had enough hair at that time to achieve the straight shaped eyebrow but my right eyebrow is pointy so for the sake of not looking weird with different shapes, I just let her finish her job).

I wasn't very verbal with my disappointment at that time because I always hate making people feel terrible. I've never been so upset with a beauty service (the bad waxing job I had wasn't even that bad compared to the threading I had yesterday). Don't get me wrong, it was a neat job. But I walked away feeling unheard and my opinion is not valued.

I didn't go ahead with the lash lift & tint as per my initial booking because when I got there, I was told I had to take out my lens, not wear mascara and I had an important dinner I had to go that night and I didn't bring my lens container. I was sorry that I wasn't aware of all of that so I asked them not to go ahead with it. And they didn't charge me the cancellation fee ($30) but I bought a product of $105?

I felt the only value I've gotten from this salon was the product I bought, not what I initially went for : good eyebrow shape.

Now I hated looking myself in the mirror and already making enquiries to other salons about getting feathering eyebrow.

I was very hopeful of this salon when I made the booking. I'm writing this review not because I want people to stay away from it, but for them to realise how important it is to be attentive and not do what they think it's best. It's the customers. I still believe they're one of the best but I'm not returning.

This is an awesome place to do your eyebrows! I'm a regural customer, and my eyebrows turn amazing every single time. The girls are very helpful and they do a great job. Definitely recommend it if you wanna get your eyebrows or eyelashes done!!!

I absolutely love this salon, the technician is super friendly and always takes the time over me to make sure everything is done to perfection. My brows have never been in such good condition. I would, and have, highly recommended the place to my friends as it's the best place I've found in my 3years in Melbourne. Very happy.

Lash and Brow have always done a perfect eyebrow thread on me- it makes all the difference when you find a salon that just gets it. The store has a lovely boutique feel to it.
