When the Kids are making me want to tear out my hair and I just have to get them out of the house, Lollipops is a great place to take them, especially on a sunny, hot or rainy day.
They are also great for Kids birthday parties. The kids have a blast and there's no clean up for mum and dad! How terrific!

This centre is quite big with lots of different areas. It has the usual climbing area for the over 4's and a much smaller one for under 4's also some rooms for parties. what sets it apart from other centres I have been to is the 2 jumping castles a babies/toddler area and a small tea cup merry-go-round.
The food is good however can take a long time even on a quiet day. Popcorn is a great option.
Unfortunately there is no ball pit for the under 4's and the toys in the baby/toddler area need batteries or are missing pieces. Still a great option on a rainy day, my daughter loves it.

I went here with my young niece and nephew and they both really enjoyed themselves with the highlights being the tiger teacup style ride and the smaller climbing play equipment for younger children.

What made this play centre stand out from others that I have ever been to was that upon arrival the children are given a stamp and the parents/guardians are given a corresponding ticket number. When leaving the play centre the staff checked the ticket numbers against the child's number to ensure that adults were leaving with the children that they arrived with.

All the kids seemed to be having a great time, a good place to go on a hot or rainy day caters to all age groups with young babies play area, separate area for below 4yrs and the large playground and jumping castle for larger kids, good cafe with nice coffee for the parent, but like anywhere with a lot of kids its pretty hectic also a few of the small toys were broken which was a bit of a shame for the little kids. I have a 10mth old and I think it would be helpful if the small kids area had a gate between the large kids area to stop the little kids being bombarded by older children.

Approximate cost: $3-$8

I haven't been to Lollipops since it first opened. I must take my toddler there for the first time. Thanks for your review... it reminded me about this play centre.

Great place to take the kids, been to a few birthday partys here and itss always een a great experiance, yes it can become very noisy, but after being there awhile you get used to it.

Good placed to catch up with other parents for a coffe or a bite to eat.

Approximate cost: $10.00

A great place to let the kids run off their extra energy especially in rainy weather. Can be a bit loud and noisy but really that's to be expected at an indoor play centre.
Loved that they had free water and cups - kids get very thirsty with all the climbing and running. At other centres they don't offer free water and charge so much for bottled water.
Food was reasonably priced but I would like to see more healthy options available (especially when you can't bring in outside food).
An enjoyable day out. Nice coffee for mum and dad too!

Really good Playland, I have been to two different kids paties here and they are super awesome, especially the Friday night disco parties. Food is good an there is lots of room for kids to play and climb, one of my kids favourite places to go.

Approximate cost: $10

I'm afraid to say that this is the worst play centre I've been to. I found the under 4's area is oddly shaped and very squishy between adults and children. I don't like how it's not fenced off and children can casually wonder off to see what's happening in the party rooms etc.
Also that the toilets' door is located just inside the entry to the under 4's area which is always being opened and closed.
I ordered 3 coffee's at once from a very young girl at the counter who clearly had very little experience. Then all 3 coffee's were delivered at 3 seperate times.
Was happy to get out of there!!!!

I have to say that I agree totally with your review. I lived at Cannon Hill for a couple of years and my kids were constantly pestering me to go to Lollipops. We eventually went with a friend and her children and I thought the whole place was somewhat of a con. The food prices were expensive and I can't for the life of me understand how the children could find their inside activities fun. Maybe I'm just getting too old :)

One of the BEST play / Cafe for the Kids in a suburban atomosphere. Looks to be a family focused business as appears to be run by a family team. HIGHS: Coffee was awesome!!! Kids had a GREAT time (isn't that what counts?!) LOWS: SUPER busy and noisy during school holidays (as expected). Variety for various ages. A place for the smaller tots to escape too :)

The overall concept is fantastic, but the staff always seem a little grumpy and always have their kids around the cafe and playground. The food is tragic, but the coffee is good. I guess it is excellent for what it is, a suburban getaway for a parent.
