From the first phone call, I had confidence in this organisation. They were helpful in guiding me as to the most economic way for me to assess the regularity of visits to my cats while I was away- 6 weeks in all. I was impressed with the Carer's professionalism and obvious competence. I had no concerns at all in leaving my pets, or access to my home in his care. On my return, the cats appearred happy and healthy and I had a nice note telling me that they were a pleasure to mind.

Wonderful!! Such peace of mind knowing my pets are in good hands whenever we go away. I have used LPC a number of times now and each and every time I am so impressed with the service of their staff and the level of care given to our pets. Like another review said, cost is cheaper than having my 2 cats in a cattery and without the trauma of travel and being in a strange place. Added bonus of not worrying about the mail and the bins, they do that to! I would confidently reccommend them to anyone.

What a great service this is! At less than the cost of putting our two cats in the local cattery (with all the trauma that entails), our carer Jan not only looked after and loved our cats, spent time with them, fed and watered them, and generally looked after them as well as we do. But she also collected the mail, watered the indoor plants, and put out/brought back the bins! We will use Lonely Pets Club from now on, without hesitation.

This was a great in home pet care for my cat and Chickens provided by Nick - the carer. He did a wonderful job and in addition put out the rubbish, bought in the mail and watered the plants. Got great peace of mind as he even sent me a message to let me know how the cat was going.
