Had some late night drinks with friends after dinner locally. We were very impressed with the drinks menu and creative way it's written. Our waitress Emily was particularly chaming and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Pink-and-white rooftop cocktail bar with garden furniture and grassy areas. The sausage rolls were really nice, Very knowledgeable bar tender also friendly and chatty.

This place is really, really cute. Totally vintage with their grass lawn and sun chairs inside. For weekends it gets totally packed and busy but it is quite lovely

I love the decor of this place it's absolutely stunning! Unfortunately it's super popular now, thanks to a heap of magazine articles and is no longer 'a hidden gem'.
Also unfortunately the service can be a bit hit and miss. Food and drinks are stunning however!

It's very hard to review this place as the first couple of times I visited it was amazing and I had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails and cheese platter. The last 2 times I've been was a massive disappointment and the service was below average as they forgot our orders and put a group of us in a horrible sitting spot where I bumped my head. Probably won't go back, but it's worht going too if you havent been and maybe you'll get lucky.

Approximate cost: $15-22

I arrived with my friend on an incredibly busy Friday night. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door, and provided with a warm blanked and menus as soon as we sat down. Unfortunately, the waiter who took our order never wrote it down, so we had to wait a long time. The other waitress was very attentive and extremely apologetic for what happened. Fortunately we had a wonderful night, and the drinks were fantastic. Will definitely come back for another jug and a golden gaytime!

I love the setting of this bar, up on the roof decorated in shabby chic and old Victorian wares. Wrought iron chairs aren't the comfiest of seating but overall it's such a fun vibe going through the place. A friend organized a girls get together and we had a blast. Lots of 'old fashioned' (in their words) sandwiches and cupcakes on offer and a nice selection of cocktails all presented really quirky like. Thinking of celebrating my birthday here in March!

Amazing atmosphere aesthetically (especially. The indoor artificial turf) and the beer garden has a majestic view of the city. Definitely a worthy place to go for a few quiet Friday night drinks with friends.

madame brussels is one of my favourite bars to head out to. cute setup and all the cocktails and fruit punches are amazing!!! great sangria! it's a perfect place to unwind with some friends after a days work. music isn't too loud so it makes it easy to catch up and have a chat.

Love the concept, but honestly it is becoming a little dated, shabby and lacking in atmosphere. Could do with some spruce-ing up. On price point it is acceptable, though by no means good value. The food/snacks menu is limited, basic and fairly ordinary in terms of what is served in return for $$.
