Went here for a few drinks with friends, very cute place good drinks and lovely view of the city

Pricey drinks (about $30 for a small jug - got 3-4 drinks from it), but quite tasty. You're paying for the novelty, really. And it's a very cute place (fake grass, lawn furniture, a view from either 2 levels). I unfortunately went at night - I think this place would be gorgeous during the day for a light snack and drink with friends.

Cute upstairs bar that over looks the city on Bourke street. The bar is decked out with outside furniture and fake grass. It's theme is old school ladies bar. The drinks are cocktails by the jug. Pims is a favorite of many. There is imported beers too. It's a cute place to meet up for a drink with friends.

Another one of the fun and kooky bars you have to visit with some friends for a few drinks. bar staff were friendly and helpful with suggesting drinks.

Such a quite bar, you don't know what to expect when you walk in, but prepare yourself for a cupcake experience! Put on your prettiest dress and enjoy a cocktail on a sunny afternoon

It's like stepping into grandma's garden. Cute outdoor settings topped off with chinese umbrellas on hot days to protect yourself from the sun. The jugs of pimms and fruit compliment the homemade sausage rolls and chicken sandwiches. The wait staff look like they have just stepped off the court of Wimbledon..Great place especially on a sunny afternoon.

Went with an older friend on a Friday night so found the backbar a haven away from the 20 somethings out the front. The wait staff were incredible. We didn't dine: just had cocktails poured from an old-fashioned shaker - a real experience. Toilets a bit crowded with the party crowd - but so quiet in the back bar. Fab!

his place is so hard to find if you don't know what you're looking for but once you've found it it's worth the hassle. They have a beautiful avante garde setting with lots of antique decorations and wrought iron. And you definitely must try a cocktail jug, big enough for 4 or a lonely soldier.

If you're after something different then Madame Brussels is perfect. Its a little hidden on Bourke St up a couple of flights of stairs, but its well worth finding. Set in the 50's fashions and all staff really going that extra mile to make your time there special.
