Angel was punctual, friendly, efficient and professional. I got a very clear impression that he wasn't out to make a fast buck, but was more interested in long-term customer satisfaction. Highly recommended without hesitation.

On one of the busiest days for service calls for aircon servicing (right after the first serious hot day heading to summer) Angel managed to find the time to help me even if it meant an after hours call. He was prompt in his replies and even contacted me early to let me know he had to reschedule my original time.

He was very professional in his manner and honest in his evaluation. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my aircon and even took photos as the condenser was on my carport roof.

I wouldnt hesitate to use him again or recommend him to my friends.

Angel visited our school in response to a query about a display fridge that was 'out of order'. He examined it, determined what work needed to be done, sourced the parts, performed the work and left us with a fridge in perfect working order. He did this all within three days, in preparation for our Community Festival at the beginning of November 2012. He didn't charge us a call-out fee and he didn't charge anything to look at the fridge in the first place. He charged use for parts and labour, to repair the fridge, and his price was more than reasonable. Throughout it all, Angel was courteous and professional. He worked around the comings and goings of pupils, teachers and parishioners. He liaised with several different staff members and a parent contact. He was terrific and it was a pleasure to interact with him.

Electrical repairs in home and repairs to automatic gates (remote controlled). The work was well with great attention to detail. Extremely competent, courteous and reliable. I would absolutely trust Angel with any work and have no hesitation to call on him ahain should the need arise

We had a air con unit that had caught on fire. Luckily, the house was not damaged. The unit was located on the roof of our two storey home and access was very difficult and required great care from a health and safety regard both for the tradespeople and the safety of the surrounding property. Angel took great card to ensure everything went safely and smoothly.
He was prompt in replying to my call and always kept the communications lines open. This was the second time we had used MECOOL and Angel is always prepared to go the extra mile to source parts that are difficult to find. Many companies would give up on finding parts and encourage you to throw the whole unit out and buy a new one. I really appreciated his attitude in sourcing the necessary parts.
Angel and his staff were always polite and neat with the clean up. Things liking removing work boots before coming inside are thoughtful and appreciated. I also appreciated getting a call to advise their arrival time and if they were delayed in anyway, they'd call to say they'd be there in 10 minutes. Have you ever had THAT call from a tradie?! Unheard of.
I would certainly use MECOOL again and have booked the company in the future for regular servicing of our 3 units.
