There is no doubt that you will leave Misty's diner with a full stomach.

Misty is very friendly and warm and does her best to make you feel welcomed.

We were not overly impressed with the food it lacked taste and was very greasy.

The onion rings lacked something, onion. It appeared they were standard mass manufactured product that did not deliver.

It is worth a visit as a once off

From the minute you walk into the Diner you're surrounded by smiling faces all around, happy customers & just yumming (from delight) from all almost everyone who is eating. This is the only genuine American Style Eatery in ALL of Melbourne. Owned and run by an American (Misty herself), who takes an enormous amount of pride in her Staff and her work.

I deliberately do not eat for the whole day when I'm going to Misty's Diner that night as I know I will be rolling out afterwards. The food is sooooo good, well priced & true to an American Style Diner. Just what you see in the movies, even better “I think”!

While you're eating…Misty's Diner also incorporates a car wash service, which is quite professional, sleek & well run. My car was ready before I could finish eating. Car was cleaner than the day I bought it. WOW…fantastic Diner Misty Congratulations!!! Well done. I just love your Diner!

Misty goes a long way to offering an authentic US diner experience. Well worth a visit if you want great American-style burgers and fries. The chili is incredible! Also the kind of canddy and drinks you can't get anywhere else.

Fantastic service, comfortable seats, and everything is pretty cheap there which gives it great value as the food is very good too. There's also American food and candy products to buy there which is nice.

WOW. finally some American food!! WooHoo. chilie cheese fries here i come. The playground is also very handy if you have kids, i have 2. Carwash right next door is rather handy if you drive a dirty ute.

My partner and I decended upon Misty's Dinner on Saturday night as I was feeling a tad fragile after the night before.

It was our first trip to Misty's after hearing the adverts on the radio and driving past so many times and boy am I glad we finally made it.

From the moment we walked in Misty greeted us with gusto and made us feel very welcome. Though out the rest of the evening Misty checked in on us and was on hand to answer any questions we had. She's such a Doll!

Anywho, we shared the Chili Fries which were brilliant and I had the Philly Steak Roll which was to die for.

We're looking forward to many a return visit so we can eat our way through the menu. (Responsibly of Course)

Misty herself if SO friendly, the food is fantastic - and definetly lives up to the name - USA, all the way...The servings are huge. We've just moved in around the corner and will be heading there for our fix of a greasy spoon feed...and we won't ever go there without getting a thick shake...the BEST I've ever had...ever! Try the Brownie one....AMAZING.

We were served by Misty herself and I would just like to say that I know that doesn't happen in a lot of places, but her passion for the restaurant and for providing her customers with service second to none - enjoyed every aspect and will return.

We have dined from the menu at Misty's, and we also had Misty prepare a Mexican Fiesta banquet as a special order for my husband's birthday party. Both experiences were wonderful! We felt like we were back in Colorado again. The food is delicious, the decor is fun, the service is very friendly, with personal attention from Misty herself. And the kids' play area in the back of the diner is a bonus!
