It was a great experience with this removal company. We had an emergency move this week. They were able to help us out quickly and send us a team two days later. All items have been transported with no damages. Everything went well, they made it easy and stress-free.

Wonderful service! Excellent. The two men were polite, friendly, patient, very efficient, and didn't mumble about some of the heavier furniture that they carried. They took great care with our things, helping dismantle a few pieces and also wrapping, and they were kind to our five year old despite a busy and heavy workload. Many thanks.

This is absolutely one of the best removal company I've ever used! Both men were very helpful, friendly and the most important - INCREDIBLE FAST! I've never had more pleasant removal before, with assurance that all fragile items are properly secured. Definitely recommend these people to everyone! :)

Spoke to MLB and was given a quote for a 1.5 hour job $230 (no mention of GST ) with all the extra such as blankets and insurance.
Two back packers in a budget truck turned up, 1.5 hours late and stated that the job would take 2 hours. They wasted time slowly moving items (small items) and midway through the move stated they had to repack the truck because they missed an item that needed to be packed first (I had advised them of all the times they needed to move and an email was sent at the beginning of the booking to advise what needed to be moved) . My brother and I moved half our stuff down to hurry the process and they continued to take their time. 2 hours and 40 mins later they demanded $418 for a 3 hour job and held our items hostage until we paid them.
They have yet to respond to my email.
WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

booking was 11am and delay till 4pm and still no show, i had to speak to apartment building manager 3 times to cancel and re-booked moving lift to avoid to cause inconvenience to building residents. Eventually i still had to cancel the moving coz the truck and the guys were still late no show so no more lift booking for apartment building after 5pm due to peak hours for the lift. really wasted my whole day of 7 hours waiting around for them to come and missed the day to move so pushing back to another week due to my job....what a waste of my time and my only day off for nothing and still couldn't get my moving stress free
