Pre Ordered an ASUS G751JY on the 23rd of January 2015.
Laptop still hasn't arrived... it's now the 9th of April 2015.

Email correspondence ground to a halt when they blocked my email address from sending emails to [email protected] and [email protected].

There was nothing harsh said in the emails, just general queries regarding the status of my order, after waiting almost 3 months for a sh ipment to arrive.

I wish the online division for MLN were as decent as the brick and mortar stores in Melbourne.

One of the reasons why I think that the laptop failed to deliver was because they advertised a price lower than what they were willing to pass as an acceptable profit margin.

I feel like I was the only one to order the laptop, which meant that they would be making a loss on my sale, or the profit margin would be minimal, so it's reflected back in their customer service regarding my order.

"We're making a loss on this sale, so who cares... we're better off if he asks for a refund"

Which I did ask for... but that's when they blocked my email address to prevent any further communication.

This is the worst store l have ever dealt with. brought a computer last december from them and has broken down 3 times. last time l was without a computer for a month, it has now broken down again with in 2 weeks of getting it back.was getting a ram update initially and the computer box wasnt opened infront of me.when l picked up the computer the same model was the only computer that wasnt on display.they have cleary sold me the display model without notifying me of this.now its in the hands of consumer affairs and im stuck without a computer and $1000 out of pocket.if you want to avoid throwing away good money and a lot of time and work wasted and lost. AVOID MLN LIKE THE PLAGUE

A relatively new store, I seeked their assistence when having issues with the West Melbourne store. These guys werent as busy so were able to assist a bit more, and you cannot go past the super cheap prices. They were unsure about new stock coming in, but apart from that an easy and enjoyable experience!

I had a good business and great deal from them. I purchased a Asus Laptop from them and I bought it for cheaper price compared to other stores. Most of the computers laptops are cheaper in that store. I recommend everyone to go buy laptops from this store.
