Our hot water service refused to light so we called Moore for Less based solely on reviews. After a start delay due to a personal issue Andrew arrived and professionally repaired our service, in the rain no less! He identified the issue immediately and restored our hot water with a min of fuss.

Andrew was available to call on New Year's Eve and has just fixed my water leak (we can now have a shower). He is honest, reliable and very experienced. It is Christmas for me as I now have a great tradie that I can trust and who does not rip me off. I would highly recommend him to everyone!!!

Andrew came to inspect our stove and gave us honest and frank advice. He also detected and repaired a potentially dangerous gas leak we hadn't realised we had. After making the stove safe, we hired him to install our new oven. Andrew arrived at the agreed time and did a great job and even helped my husband carry our very heavy old stove out for us. Great customer service and very accommodating.

We moved into a new house on Saturday and noticed a blocked toilet and water coming through the roof downstairs. I tried calling several 24 hour plumbing services but couldn't get through to anymore. I got through to Moore for less plumbing and he was here within the hour. The problem was fixed within a few mins. Thank you

Andrew has done several jobs for us at both of our properties over the past 18 months. He has always been polite, on time and will call if he can't make it or is going to be late. He has unblocked a sewerage pipe, serviced gas space heaters, (& advised us that one was not safe to use), & repaired our instantaneous hot water system that was taking too long to fire up. Communication was excellent, he explains everything he is doing and shows us where the problem is. He is very fair and looks at the time when he finishes his work, even though he will stay for 1/2 hour chatting & giving advice about other work we may ask him about, (or on the phone), if his work commitments permit. If he is busy, he always rings you back promptly and is happy to discuss your queries at length.

We don't have any hesitation in recommending Andrew and we will be calling him again to do more work for us. Thanks Andrew!

A very simple job of replacing old tap for new one.The worst plumber I have ever met.Full of lies. He is not what he described about him"reliable,on time and all work guaranteed".The water start leaking from the hole where the new tap is fixed after he installed the new tap.Next day He said he would come over to fix it. But he didn't turn up.

After he failed to show up for the third time I finally had had enough. What he said to me is that his job is to install a new tap.He is not responsible for the water leak after new tap's installation.

I had another plumber come over to fix the leaking tap .He said the new tap installed was not screwed tight and silicone should have been used to seal the rim between the tap and the tap hole. That caused the water leak.

Judging by the review Andrew has received on this site,I expected him to be reliable and worth the money I paid him ($175) I was greatly disappointed.Others quoted only $100 at most.

I strongly recommend not to use his service.

As a disabled woman I felt safe with Andrew in my home as he was polite, courteous, relaxed & friendly whilst quickly identifying and resolving my problem with a persistently leaking tap. Although it was a small job, Andrew was flexible and able to fit me in over a weekend [ten marks for responsive customer service]. I have no hesitation in recommending 'More for less' to others and using them again myself.
