A very simple job of replacing old tap for new one.The worst plumber I have ever met.Full of lies. He is not what he described about him"reliable,on time and all work guaranteed".The water start leaking from the hole where the new tap is fixed after he installed the new tap.Next day He said he would come over to fix it. But he didn't turn up.

After he failed to show up for the third time I finally had had enough. What he said to me is that his job is to install a new tap.He is not responsible for the water leak after new tap's installation.

I had another plumber come over to fix the leaking tap .He said the new tap installed was not screwed tight and silicone should have been used to seal the rim between the tap and the tap hole. That caused the water leak.

Judging by the review Andrew has received on this site,I expected him to be reliable and worth the money I paid him ($175) I was greatly disappointed.Others quoted only $100 at most.

I strongly recommend not to use his service.

My old kitchen exhaust fan didn't work.I called Nathan this morning and he came over to install the new fan for me on the same day. Nathan is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, answering any questions I had. He was easy to communicate with and to work with.I would recommend him highly.Will definitely call on his services again in the future.
