As a disabled woman I felt safe with Andrew in my home as he was polite, courteous, relaxed & friendly whilst quickly identifying and resolving my problem with a persistently leaking tap. Although it was a small job, Andrew was flexible and able to fit me in over a weekend [ten marks for responsive customer service].
