Lost items in move. Refuse to consider mover didn’t bring them and say they would have been dropped to me. No reasonable responses or consideration for the missing items. Just them telling me I’m wrong. Not sure why I’d be going to the hassle of reporting missing items I have?! Took 4 phone calls and 2 emails over 3 weeks for a response.

Had a move from a customer to my office and it was the dodgiest experience I've had. Do not trust them with your goods. Drivers left an item behind, it was clearly labelled and had the address of the destination on it. They claimed they were not told to take it but it was labelled to the destination and sitting under other items going to that destination. If you decide to use them I’d suggest using an itemised list with every item. When I asked the driver what the process was for the left item he said he would ask and then give me a call. No call, just turned up later, dropped it off and the admin office charged extra for it even though it was their mistake. If I had been told what was happening then I would've said to leave it and not pay more but they went ahead on their own choice. The admin office was just as dissapointing. When I asked them if they understood who was paying the bill, they said they had no idea even though it was my name and number on the booking.

We moved a 3 bedroom house to house within the same suburb, about 5 mins drive away. Not sure if this meant that things weren't packed as well, as a number of things were deeply scratched. Even today a year later i'm still discovering scratched items. Items such as the side of shelf units, underbed drawers have deep scratches. The house we moved from was our first "real" house so these items i bought new to that house, so i know they weren't scratched before.

But the most annoying thing was a pedestal fan that went missing. It was about 1.5m high so not a small item. I took it to the truck personally, and saw the mover load it on. At the other end i saw the truck at the end, and it was empty. I thought it was put somewhere in the house, i just needed to find it. But I didn't find it. Of course i didn't check the cab, which is where i assume they put it. Rang customer service and they essentially said "too bad".

I wouldn't use these guys again. I would hire my own truck and move myself before i would use this company again.

Move my stuff were fantastic!! The guys were friendly, polite and professional. Nothing seemed to be a problem to them. They worked hard and got my stuff moved in record time without one single breakage. I'd defiantly recommend move my stuff to move ur stuff :)

What a debarcle, please do not use this company. I booked a 7am pick up from elwood to ferntree gully. I run a business and expected the items to be here by 9am. They didn't show up at elwood until 9.30am, took 1.5 hours, charged me for 2 hours and on top of that a surcharge for using a mastercard. It was not the drivers fault, admin had double booked and then didn't place priority on my job. No "I'm sorry", nothing. Beware, if you after good service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Word of mouth is a wonderful thing and I have many clients who I will be spreading the word to about this company. I run a business, my service is on time every time, it's why I am successful. These guys seem to be money grabbers. Use 2 men and a truck or man with a van instead, a little bit more expensive but on time every time.

Had my house moved from Toorak to Hawthorn over the weekend. Boys rocked up on time, full of energy, had the plan how to move and did a great job. Guys were very friendly with the whole family, made moving such an effortless things. What would I do without you Move My Stuff.. A Big Thank you from all of us.

We bought a sofa on ebay and hired one man and a van to collect it and deliver it to our home at very short notice. The guy was on time, very efficient and friendly too. We ran over the hour by 2 minutes but he only charged us for the hour which was very reasonable. We were impressed with the efficient service and like the fact that you get quoted from door to door and that's it. No "travel time costs" or other extra/hidden costs. Highly recommend!

Moving from one end of the city to the other end on Sunday morning when there was no traffic. Two guys arrived and took their own sweet time moving everything one by one. One carried a puzzle board (extremely lightweight) in one hand and nothing else on the other. Then they moved everything out and left a small tv behind. When I asked them they said they will come back up for it! I told them I will help them carry it down as it was now more than 1 hour already. Also they had a trolley but moved the boxes one by one by hand which cost more time. Seriously inefficient and charged us for 3 hours for such a short distance and even when we have helped them bring all the boxes to the ground floor.

I had a similar issue Tiffany. I had one dressing table moved from one hour away, and they tried to charge me for 3 hours (including one hour back to depot, which they didn't make clear when I booked).The actual 'drivers' were really polite and conscientious, however it took them longer than it probably should have to drive to my house, and the office tried to charge me for the full half hour, even though they had only exceeded the 1.5hour mark by 5 mins (the office guy ended up cutting it down to a 15min and thought he was doing great wonders). This ended up being a really expensive second-hand dressing table... $223 for the move (which made the $100 for the dressing table not such a good buy afterall!... could've bought one new and had it delivered for not much more!). I had used them before to move single items (same distance, same location) and they had only cost around $150... so perhaps someone a bit more greedy has taken over management!

I had the same experience. Extremely slow, no effort to be efficient. Plus no care of keeping certain items clean and undamaged, for instance they dragged our rolled-up rug all across the dirty floor of the truck and other things too.
Plus issues with their communication skills and style - although this does not apply for their booking service.
