I rang this business to ask for a quote and they quoted me a ridiculously expensive price for 2 room and living area carpet steam clean. Then he was quick to ask me when he could come and I said 'no' I had better quote somewhere else. Then he said ok he can do it for $50 and I confirmed with him twice that was for 2 rooms and living area steam clean. When he came to my apartment he charged me $80 after he finished the job and said that what he quoted on the phone was for 1 room and living area. This person is very dishonest and I could have gone to other places which quoted me $60-$70! Do not get this person to steam clean your place.

Be prepared for the waiting staff snobbery at this place especially if you are not an elderly caucasian person. I took my overseas cousins to this place when it was not crowded and there was no line. I got the attention of the waiter and let him know the number for the table seating but he rudely told me to go outside and wait (eventhough my cousins were outside waiting and I was the only one going in there to get the attention of the waiter). I thougt he was just having a bad day until a group of elderly Australian ladies came in and he was so courteous and kept joking with them and he did not rudely tell them to wait behind me in the line. Also, when we were seated he did not even speak to any of us and rather accomodate the other tables. Eventhough the food is great, I cannot put up with this kind of snobbery. Don't forget you are just a wait staff.

Moving from one end of the city to the other end on Sunday morning when there was no traffic. Two guys arrived and took their own sweet time moving everything one by one. One carried a puzzle board (extremely lightweight) in one hand and nothing else on the other. Then they moved everything out and left a small tv behind. When I asked them they said they will come back up for it! I told them I will help them carry it down as it was now more than 1 hour already. Also they had a trolley but moved the boxes one by one by hand which cost more time. Seriously inefficient and charged us for 3 hours for such a short distance and even when we have helped them bring all the boxes to the ground floor.

There are many receptionists on the desk but they do not greet you and just ignore you and let you stand there for a very long time. This was my regular GP until this year when I had the worst experience of my life when I knew there was something very wrong with me and told the doctor but he just ignored my pleas and told me to "sit the pain out for a few more days". I was fortunate to survive my ordeal by going to another clinic and was sent to emergency straight away. After my expereince I definitely do not recommend anyone to this clinic.

I went into Thomas Jewellers yesterday and wanted to buy a daimond ring (approx $10,000 for 1 ct F P1). When I wanted to know more about the diamond and asked the asian lady sales assistant if the diamond was GIA certified she became very rude and try to teach me a lesson about diamonds and kept calling me "darling" which was extremely condescending. She snatched the ring I was looking at and put it back. If Thomas Jewellers sell good quality diamonds or rings why did she have to act this way when I just innocently ask if the diamond was GIA certified for the price I would be paying? The diamond was not GIA certified, she could have told me that politely. I told her how rude she was and would never recommend my colleagues, friends or family to this place.
