OffTap Plumbing was exceptional - right from the beginning, from the friendly reception over the phone, quotation consultation to the amazing customer service by ALL staff on installation day. The staff was so courteous in all their dealings (taking into account our preferences, cleaning up and even taking their shoes off when they entered the house!). I would highly recommend this business to anyone who truly value great customer service and a competitive price for the job!
