Terrible experience with their service department! Stay away from these guys!!!
- Had to take my car there 6 times for the same warranty claim. They tell you it is all fixed, you turn up and nothing has been done.
- Forget about calling service department, they never pick up the phone, had to go there physically to get an update on the progress
- Do not believe their timelines, I've been told that the car will be ready in half a day, instead got it back in 4 days. They only bothered to call me and advise on the delay at the end of the second day.
- At the end, when finally fixed, they left all the rubbish in the car (empty cardboard boxes, old parts they've changed) + one of the interior panels was literally hanging on a seat belt, they took it off and couldn't be bothered to put it back on.
- Special mention to their service manager, who didn't even apologize, after I've pointed out all the f@ck ups and disappointing experience. Just turned around and walked away.

BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN PERTH!

Today I took our 17 year old sons Mitsubish Triton Ute to Mitsubishi Osborne Park (Paceway Mitsubishi). We live in Mindarie, however I took the car to Osborne Park as all my usual local service centres were fully booked out such as Autobarn etc. I was surprised how competitive Mitsubishi were when I rang them and went to the trouble of taking the car there so he’d have the car for the weekend (he WAS going away) I dropped the car off at 7.30am And I got a call at 12.20pm from Parvel, whom is one of the managers. There were a lot of items he stated that had us very concerned. Firstly we’ve got the “Service Tax Invoice” showing that on the previous service that Rockingham Mitsubishi dealer did, they recommended they change the transfer case oil and the diff oil, which it clearly shows that the previous owners chose not to do it. We wanted to make sure we did this on this service, however Paceway Mitsubishi said on this service, it was clean. Just doesn’t add up !
The same service it shows ONLY 6,000 km prior (there was 125k on the the odemetor and now 131k) It states the Power steering oil and break fluid was flushed and replaced with new. They stated today that these fluids were dirty and needed replacing.....really, again! Surely this can not be the case after just 6,000km. When my husband informed Parvel about the previous service and asked how can this be the case, he said “perhaps the other dealership put the wrong fluid in” ! How unprofessional to discredit another Mitsubishi dealer!!.
The most concerning was that Parvel said two very different stories, firstly he said to me that the Auxiliary drive belt tensioning bracket had cracked and would need replacing. He said we could not have the car until Monday now as if it broke it would obviously cause more damage but would check with the mechanic to be sure. On return, he said the bracket had actually broke whilst trying to tension the belts. When my wife rang and asked why would you tension something up if you could see a hairline crack? And his reply was that they didn’t. He said it broke when they removed it. This item alone is $565 to replace!!! This bracket has been on the car for 10 years with tension on it from the belts and suddenly just happens to brake. I honestly feel it was an error from the dealership that caused it to break and my son is paying the price for this!. I obviously do not believe a word this guy is saying, when he’s said two very different things to us both.
We accepted this VERY reluctantly and then he said they couldn’t get the part until Monday! I asked why and he said the local wharehouse do their last delivery at 11am. I stated that I would drive to Welshpool and pick up the part and take it to them. They said that I can’t do this as it’s courier only, which I was happy to be. So anyone that books their car in for a service no matter what time on a Friday BEWARE, you might not get your car back for the weekend. Nothing was even offered to help, like a courtesy car.

You think your paying to get professional work done by tradesman and this happens, really not good enough especially from a main dealership....very unprofessional !!

They promote very affordable servicing prices and they hit you with every cost imaginable.
I’ve since read some very concerning feedback here and now feel I will have to take the car to a more reputable service centre and have everything checked over as I really don’t know what to believe and don’t feel at all confident with their work!
I’ve also since spoke to another mechanic who said the bracket can be very awkward to remove sometimes but never heard of one braking, perhaps this is why there was only one available in Welshpool probably covered in dust !

DO NOT engage in any shape or form with this dealership in Osborne Park.
I purchased a second hand car and got promised heaven and earth. Nil promises were fulfilled.
Multiple phone calls had to be made on my behalf and again staff and manager promised to call me back.

After two weeks no call from dealership I called one more time to speak to the manager and or dealer principle with no luck.

If you see a car you like with this dealership than think again and walk away.
Once they have your money the do not engage with you anymore.
Please be alarmed..

I have purchased a second hand car with so many problems that I really regret that.
After a week of purchased I noticed a noise in the engine, I went to paceway to discuss that, they nicely took the car for an inspection. After a week a had to call and ask about the car and the answer was: sorry I was just about to call you, the problem is this, this and that and it is not covered by the extended warranty so it is gonna be $350 dollars which I didn`t expected but paid and they took another week to fix it.
When I picked the car up it was filthy inside and outside!
I didn`t care and drove it home.
Next week The car started leaking oil, well I sent it back to paceway and same thing. Took a week to diagnose the problem, this time the rocket cover gasket they said and of course not included in the extended warranty so I had to pay again but this time it was 3 weeks in the dealer and their excuse was because they are not a dealer of that particular brand I bought (hyundai) so they didn`t have the right tools!!! can you believe that?
When I drove it home I found that the oil leak was still there, I could not believed that and the very next day went back to paceway. I had to wait for one more week.
The problem this time was a different part of course not included in the extended warranty but this time we were talking about nearly $2000 dollars repair. All this happened in two months and the car is been more in the mechanic than on the roads.
I sent this car to a different dealer for a quote and they managed to quote me for half of the price and 2 days repair so I decided to fix it with them because I was tired to argue with paceway.
I know when you buy an old car you have to know it is not gonna be perfect but this is too much.
I paid top dollar for it thinking that it would be better to buy a car from a dealer than private but NO!
Seriously try to avoid this dealer, at least in second hands.

Our experience with Paceway Mitsubishi was easy and pleasant. At each stage we were treated like valued clients, when browsing in the car yard we were not hounded or pressured. Even the trade in and purchase experience was all great. Thank you to the team for making our new car purchase very pleasant. I would highly recommend for your next vehicle purchase.

I took my car to service at Paceway Mitsubishi as part of the airbags recall, and decided to do the yearly service of my car there as well. I had the most horrendous service experience. I've had more professional service from the RAC and Kmart Tyres and Auto service than this dealership. They took the airbag (that was recalled) out and did not fit in the new replacement airbag at all. They also asked me to flush out the auto transmission fluids (which others have complained may be hoax in this site). They replaced my battery but did not set the radio code properly. Despite asking me to come in to pick up my car at 4pm, my car was not ready until nearly 6pm. About 1 and half hours into the waiting time for my car, I asked for some communication on what was happening. Staff were rude in their response to me. As part of their service, they were supposed to test drive my car which they never did. When I left the service centre, they pretended that all the works they had charged me for had been completed which was extremely dishonest. They had not replaced the air bag that was recalled which was safety risk for me. When I drove away from the Service Centre, I had to drive back because my radio was not working and my seats and the car were vibrating. It was not till the next day that I realised that the SRS airbag warning sign was on the dashboard. When I called to complain to the Service Manager, he casually mentioned that the air bag had not been fitted in my car. He agreed to take the car back and fix the issues. After fixing it, he tells me the airbag was fitted in, but that it was faulty. The story got changed. Regardless, they should have checked everything and test driven my vehicle before releasing it to me and pretending the service had been completed. They put my safety at risk. I was driving in the vehicle without an airbag for 3 days before the car could be sent back to the service centre. There was added inconvenience to me. They were not interested in reviewing me bill for this sort of shit, lemon service !!!! This sort of dishonest, rude and unprofessional service only burns bridges with customers. Really, RAC can do a more professional job for you that these bloody folks who are going to go bankrupt soon with their poor customer service attitudes and rude behaviour.

I believe I have been SCAMMED by this company. After taking my car in for a recall, I received a call saying the brake and power steering fluids were in desperate need of a flush (this despite having had my car serviced - elsewhere - 11 days earlier and new tyres and brake pads 5 days earlier neither of which revealed the brake fluid 'emergency'). Unfortunately, feedback from the service was in the glovebox so I couldn't check it but it later revealed that brake fluid had been okay 11 days earlier and, presumably, 5 days earlier when brake work was done. Circumstances and convenience, plus assurance from the person on the phone that they would never rip me off, resulted in me agreeing to the flushes to the value of $280. A week later, a work colleague took his car in for the same recall. When he received a phone call saying he needed the same flushes, alarm bells rang (I had told him of my experience) so he said 'no'. Consequently, he took his car to his regular mechanic who showed him that his car indeed did not need the fluids flushed. I know it was my choice to say 'yes' but, knowing nothing about cars, I can only rely on and trust what I am told.

Have been getting my Pajero serviced there for 8 years since new, frustrated by all the add on costs every service and having to leave my business car there for a day.Gave up when quoted $1400 for a headlight replacement (not the whole assembly just 1 round headlight). Went elsewhere and wont be back.

I bought a brand perfect new car from this dealership and took delivery. Later on on examining the warranty book, it had "Hail damaged" stamped all over it; therefore restricting the warranty. None of this was mentioned when I purchased the car. Yet again I duped by the car saleswoman.

Approximate cost: $20000
