I was nervous trying a new spa, but was more than pleasantly surprised. I used a Spreets voucher which included a hairstyle and colour as well as spa treatments. Hands down, my new haircut is one of the top five in my life. I couldn't believe what a phenomenal job she did!Everyone was so kind and friendly - my treatments followed the haircut (but they protected my new 'do from any muss) and I felt so refreshed afterwards. Would definitely recommend to others!

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!! I bought a voucher for this day spa on-line and was not disappointed. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful and the treatments were professional and very relaxing.

I had a massage and facial which was out of this world! Very relaxing and the facial was great - the girl I had was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions about the treatment especially as I have quite sensitive skin. The massage was so good I nearly fell asleep :) The room was nice and warm (I think they use electric blankets which was nice) and the whole place was very clean including the linen used on the bed.

I also had my hair cut and coloured in their hair salon and came out very happy with the results. The hairdresser was really nice and chatty and the cut was fantastic.

I was very happy with my overall experience and would not hesitate to recommend this business to family and friends.

Thanks to the girls at Papillon Day spa Docklands for a great experience :)

Approximate cost: $100

The staff here are very friendly, however the treatments they use are quite harsh. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have sensitive skin.
They are also quite pricey

Approximate cost: $150

I finally got an appointment with this day spa using my voucher. The experience was definitely better than expected since I had a lot of reserves about the place. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. The hairdressers were fantastic. I came out loving my hair. The beauty part was so so. I ended up paying an extra $10 for an eye 'treatment' worth $40 which just turned out to be putting on some eyecream for 5 mins. The beauty experience was a lot shorter than advertised- massage, pedi and facial altogether took less than 1hr including my time to get undressed and dressed again.
I would definitely go back to get my hair done, their prices are quite reasonable and the service was very professional but the beauty part as others have mentioned leaves a lot to be desired for. Still, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend it to others.

I had an amazing experience at this day spa.
I went for a spreets voucher not long ago and I was very happy with the treatments involved and the hair part of it was also amazing.
I recently purchased another voucher from this Salon involving 1/2 hour facial 1/2 massage and hand and foot massage on livingsocial.
I loved it the staff are so nice and friendly there treatments are all so relaxing and the place itself is in a great location, I recommend anyone to go there.

I redeemed a voucher at Papillon and the experience was mixed. The staff and owner were lovely, but the beauty part of my visit was a huge disappointment. The massage was one of the worst I've ever had, the facial was so-so, and the mini pedicure was just a file and polish - not even a base coat and top coat, and the colour application was terrible.

However, the hair services were fabulous - love the cut and colour, and the hairdresser was just lovely.

I would pay full price to get my hair done there, but definitely not for the beauty services.

What a treat this was! I bought a voucher on Spreets, and had a fabulous time. All the gorgeous ladies who work there seemed to really love their jobs, and I felt so welcome and pampered. There was a mix up with my booking, but they did everything possible to sort this out and fitted me in for everything on my voucher. I truly loved it - a great haircut and foils, massage, facial and pedicure. Thankyou to the lovely ladies at Papillon.

Hi my name is Andrea, I purchased a Spreets voucher online.
I'd have to say overall everything was amazing, the massage, facial and pedicure were so relaxing I felt refreshed!
Finally I had my hair cut coloured and blow waved and I walked out and it look amazing.
I'd like to thanks Spreets for choosing a great salon with great treatments and thanks to all the kind girls who looked after me.

I went to this day spa because of a referral I got from a good friend. I was very happy with the experience. I had a fantastic relaxation massage which really rejuvenated me. The staff were really nice. I also had a haircut during the same visit and the hairdresser was chatty and funny which made the whole experience just that much better. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my friends here/

Hi Nikki, you don't mention whether you paid the salon or were redeeming a voucher. I would be interested to know.

The massage was a voucher but the haircut was paid separately.

I bought a deal with scoopon and found the entire experience very disappointing. The deal included a cut and blowave and a massage and facial. The hair was done first and the hairdresser was lovely and very good but by the time i had the massage and facial AFTER the hair my hair was oily and messed up and i walked out looking like i needed my hair washed. I
The short cuts that were taken in the facial and massage were a huge letdown and took only one hour for both after spending two hours on the hair. When i cleansed my face that night make-up came off proving the facial didn't even clean my skin properly. furthermore the towels on the bed were not clean and smelt like onions and had make-up and oil on them which was very unhygenic and i will never return as they cut corners too much even in washing the linen after other people. Found that disgusting. I also did not like that they did not provide what they advertised their package as as it indicated it would be a professional facial. They also said it came with a $50 voucher forf the next visit but that came with a condition of having to spend $150 more on the next visit to get the $50. They totally missed the point of introducing their salon with this special because there was not anything that would inspire you to go back. Even the location was difficult to get to and this business would probable service better those that lived in docklands. However with the price of the apartments in that area i would expect the locals to want a classy experience and not the cheap tacky manner in which this salon performs..and it is a salon NOT a day spa as the name states!

Thanks for the review. I also have 2 vouchers for me and a friend to use next year march since they have no availability this year left (I booked 2 months ago!) that already made me really hesitant to go as well as he rude lady on the phone who took the booking. If she didn't like people using vouchers she shouldn't have advertised them in the first place. Now I'm just really reluctant to go after hese reviews and spreets won't issue me a refund :(
