Warning! This company operates with illegal practices.
Requested a plumber to fix the standard water leak in to the toilet bowl and gave them the make and model of the toilet when booking so they could arrive with the correct washer or inlet valve ($25 from bunnings). The telephonist said would be there to fix between 10-2. Two men arrived at the door and quickly checked 1 toilet. One of them then went in to this 100 mile an hour sales pitch about getting whole new toilet suites as they are better at $1,150 each! I said I just needed the leak fixed, not one but on two occasions when I could get a word in. He completely ignored my request and then produced this folder with new toilets. Again I said NO, I didn’t want to rip up tiles and my house is less than 5 years old. So he proceeded then to say I should get the toilets serviced. I said I had never heard of toilets being serviced but he continued to avoid my request to just fix the leak. Then it was “They were too busy today”, Didn’t have the part (plumbers carry generic parts and most common brands), promised to come back 7.30 sharp Saturday to fix leak and finished with how do you want to pay for today? Gave him my credit card to pay the $121 call out fee as nothing was done. He filled out a sheet that had crossings out, then he slid it across with both hands on the pad and said sign here. He tore the sheet off the pad and left it on the counter and proceeded to the front door and both men left. That evening I saw they had charged my account with $600! I found the paper he left on the counter and he had ticked that I agreed to terms and conditions and he signed underneath! He had his hand over this when he slid the paper across for me to sign for my credit card. There was no mention of terms and conditions from him and was advised from customer service manager of these when I lodged a complaint. My toilet is leaking water worse than ever and I have lodged a complaint with consumer protection. It is illegal to charge a person’s account prior to completing a service and this company did. Not only did they charge for work that was not done the first day, the work stated was not done on the second day and I am left with a toilet in worse condition than before they came.
These are not plumbers but rogue high pressure salesmen trying to coherse people in to buying things that are not needed or wanted and use devious tactics. I now see they have done this to many and I worry for the elderly who would be fair game for these rogues. They need to be shut down!

NO STARS. Advertised price to install instantaneous gas hot water system (to replace storage) was $1,265. FINAL COST $3,500. I was told due to having to change pipe from natural gas to LPG. WTF. Why didn't they install a natural gas system...??? No explanation. Not satisfied. Rip off. But then, I'm a pensioner - easy prey..?

I called Pascoe's and told them the Tempering Valve on my solar hot water unit had failed and needed replacing. They sent a guy out quite promptly who inspected the system then told me a new tempering valve is $800. He then pointed out several other components and said they were definitely going to fail within 6 months and I would be up for thousands in repair costs. My best option was to replace the who system which he wrote up a quote for $3500.

I got him out of the house, bought the exact same part from a local hardware store for $70 and had another plumber fit it for $80. There are heaps of negative reviews here saying they charged $800 for the same $80 part, or reviews where they replaced the whole system because of one easily replaceable part. The other positive reviews are from people who had a whole new system installed, they are probably blissfully unaware their old unit just needed a washer replaced.

Avoid these guys at all costs !!!

Had a new kitchen sink fitted . Guy came said would be back in two hours turned up 5 hours later sink didn't fit (my fault). Came back next day, different plumber, turned up late again fitted sink but not as was quoted(pipe work back to wall).said needed extra parts be back tomorrow morning then rang in morning haven't got parts. Said be there in the afternoon rang again no parts be there first thing in morning. Different guy rang can't get parts from head office on a Saturday they are locked up can't get them . I rang office got so sorry definitely be first thing Monday 7 o'clock earlier if needed. I said fine 7 is ok as have cabinet maker coming . Rang at 8.30 Monday said plumber on his way .Different guy again put pipes back to wall using bits of pvc ,not the part I was quoted for. Plumber was saying worst company he'd ever worked for and was leaving the next week. In the end I paid $660 to have a sink fitted which took over a week to fit never got the first hour free deal or the whole service would of been free the amount of times they turned up late. Applied for there $75 gift card deal if you spend over $500 and never received .I got sick of ringing up asking about it with being told they are out of voucher stock , been sent to wrong address etc. Never use them again.

Pipe under the hot water system has corroded and made a call to Pascoe's who booked the job between 1 and 3pm. Guy rang just before 3pm, arrived at 330 to say he couldn't do the job but would make sure it would be done today - and would be expensive - uninstall the system, fix the pipe that runs under the system and then reinstall it for $780. We have a small baby, haven't had water for 24hrs, so of course you say yes when you're told it will be done before 7, but "ring the office if you haven't heard anything by 5." Which of course I had to do and was told the next guy would be there in about an hour. At 615pm the next guy rings, says he only got the job ten minutes earlier, but the job is too big and won't be able to do it tonight. Told him that the office knew at 330 it was a big job, and the urgency was acknowledged and would be done tonight. Tried to call the office on the 1300 number which is meant to be 24/7. It rang out four times before I called from a different number and was answered. Asked for my deposit back to be told that "I'm at a family function and can't help you but I'll call you in the morning to see what we can work out." I don't want to work anything out, I would like "hot water tonight or it's free" like the advertising says. Sorry don't want a company that only wants my business when it's convenient for them. False advertising and over priced - rang another company told them the problem and have been quoted $250 for a pipe to be fed under the system. We'll see, but Pascoe's never again!

Had a hot water system replaced in a hurry which resulted in me standing out in the rain at 2100 hours holding a torch . Found out the next day that system was worth around half of their charge . Then they found a gas leak !!![redacted] Quoted between 10 and 15K to rerun gas lines and guaranteed this was our only option , stupidly i paid a deposit but then got a second opinion . A proper plumber is in the process of finding the leak and commented that these guys are notorious and that a full rerun would be absolutely ridiculous . He will fix the extremely small leak for under 1K . [redacted]

Really bad experience. They charged $165.00 for 10 mins work on our water heater. They said it would be $600 for a kit to fix.
Another company came out and had it running in less than a minute for $140.00.
[redacted inflammatory comment]
