Our experience at the Hot Springs was less than satisfactory. A negative outlook was felt when I entered the change rooms and couldn't even more around properly because it was so busy. While waiting for my partner at reception to get changed, I witnessed a dispute between staff and clients over towels, and this made me feel even more negative about the whole experience. The outdoor bathing area was too busy as well, and it was too close for comfort in the public spas. There also weren't enough spas or chairs for everyone in the shade. It was a hot day, and the water temperature was not even lowered like their websites says they do on a hot day. Our private spa experience was not very nice. Our session finished with a ring of a bell. Two minutes after this bell, we were told in a rude, arrogant way, "I told you five minutes ago to get out". It was made clear that they were busy, but it was not our problem that they were running late, and we certainly did not deserve to be treated poorly because of it. Our private spa, $139 for one hour, began at 1.30pm. When we got in the car, we realised it was only 2.30pm. I was very dissapointed and angry that I got ripped off. And for $139, you would expect a bit more than just a jug of water to have with the spa. I would of appreciate if staff asked if we would like any essential oils, or even something small like a chocolate to make the experience feel substantial. I was even more dissapointed because this was a valentine's day to my partner and instead of being stressfree, it was stressful! The whole experience was horrible and the best part was leaving the car park. My boyfriend and I are very easy going people and appreciate even the smallest things..it takes a lot for something to make us unhappy and the experience was very ordinary.

myself and 3 friends went to the public springs and 2 friends also had $180.00 treatments. During the time spent in the public spa area we expierenced japanese patrons using mobile phones taking photos and talking very loudly o phone taking phone into spa holding it in the air above them as not to get wet. Next we along with other patrons had a couple in teh top spa having sex and making it uncomfortable fot all other patrons. At the end of the day i filled in a feedback form at the front desk which your staff read and yet did not question me about. When another patron told the same staff the same complaints they still did not question me to confirm i left my name and number for contact yet have recieved no phone call. In all the time we were at the spa not once did a staff memeber enter the area if they had this may have been prevented. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and made the day less enjoyable

Saturday was booked out so we tried again on Sunday and had to wait 2 hours to get in, incredibly popular esp. in winter so book ahead. really nice atmosphere and not too crowded (hence the long wait) and the hot springs are really nicely designed.

Have been here twice now and love it more with each visit. This is a place for total relaxation and pampering. Have experienced the indoor private baths and the outdoor baths. Both highly recommended. Will be back for more pampering. Always good to book in advance.

This place is HEAVEN!! They have an outdoor bathing area consisting of 3-4 spas of ranging temperatures up to 41 degrees Celsius, a sauna and a plunge pool, also offering private spas and treatments (massages, facials etc) and packages. From $25 you can spend all day in the outdoor bathing area! They also have a lovely cafe serving yummy, wholesome food.

I went here for a good friend's hens day. There was about 10 of us and we'd booked a package deal which included lunch, use of a special Arabian marquee area, our choice of either a massage or a facial, and use of the general hot springs. The lunch was very nice - tapas style - and we were all in a good mood and having fun. Then we retreated down to the marquee. This sounded a bit dodgy but was actually lovely. It was a solid building but made to look like an exotic temple from the inside. We shared a couple of bottles of champagne and then broke into two groups - one group had their treatment while the other went and used the hot pools. All in all it was a magical afternoon and one that we'll never forget. In fact, we liked it so much that we came back again 2 days later!

It was a great idea and the best Hen's day a Bride to be could want (and need) - thanks to my wonderful Bridesmaids!
