Ordered a pie and salad and cheese sandwich for toddler. Lady serving couldn't get it right and took 3 attempts to explain it to her resulting in her getting annoyed with me. Received my pie and salad and the pie smelt not right. Cut into the pie and the pie was old with an over cooked meat sauce that was hard. I asked the waitress to take this back as I couldn't eat it and explained the reasons above. Next minute a rude I assume owner came out to me explaining that is just the meat and it's not burnt. I again told him I am sorry but that is not right and I'm not going to risk eating that and getting food poisoning. He kept winging and showed the base of the pastry saying its not burnt. I said I know that but the meat is which I can guarantee that the pie was probably re-heated several times before. Due to the owners attitude and defensiveness I just asked for my money back. He said we don't usually do that and didn't give me all the money to which I had to ask for. He then went back behind the counter arguing loudly with staff saying not to serve me in front of all the other customers and then started speaking in Chinese language.
What ever happened to the customer is always right. He made me feel awful and bad for not eating it and non apologetic and rude.
Well I tried this cafe and can assure you deffinately know I won't be back! I can see why it's tucked away in the corner. If I was part of Southland shopping centre I would be so embarrassed to have a cafe like that out in the centre.
I miss decent cafes these days with real food and good service!
Jody Macs Cafe is by far the worst I have ever been to.

Just at coffee club southland now. The chef if lazy non professional and sick! Why they have him working round food amazes me. Ask for thick toast and received thin and when I asked for what I paid for they were like it was a huge effort to change it. Then the chef brought the toast out and I asked if he could take the other away to which he picked it up in his hands. Asked for sauce and his lazy attitude gas failed to bring.
Have a latte to which is warm. Very pricey

Went there last night for anniversary. Absolutely loved this place. It's a small restaurant but ambiance, food, service, all A++! Staff were extremely friendly and made us feel like family. It's just all round great and cannot wait to make our next visit. I think this will be a place well know to us in the future.

I have never had a bad experience here. They are always running on or near to time. The service is professional, the clinic is clean and spacious. Doctors are thorough and very good.

Have been here several times now and it's still very good. The food is amazing! It's tastey, generous serving sizes and overall reasonably priced. The desserts are scrumptious and this makes for a good night out.

You book your car in for a service. You can either wait in their waiting area which has magazines, television, tea, coffee and most importantly warmth and shelter. If you have some shopping to do, they have a shuttle service to take you to Chadstone shopping centre. The first time I took my car here it came back washed and super clean. This feature may not be available now due to water retrictions but I don't mind as you know they too are being water wise.

This place is amazing! One of the nicest Thai restaurants I have been to in a long time. The decor was just perfect. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Went on Saturday night and it had got very busy. The food is just so good and tasty and presented very well. Well worth the visit and will be back. Their uniforms were a little relaxed and must say that when we had our coffees we had sugar put on the table and then quickly removed again. Too bad if you wanted more. I based our visit on the other ratings in here as they are not on a website and was pleased with the place. Was expecting to be greeted and the door held open but this didn't happen. Maybe because they were busy? All in all these are only very minor things to perfect a place but the main thing is, was the food good and I have to say my god yes!!

Have been here three times now. The first experience was my now husband had taken me on a trip to Sorrento. Had no plans on where to go but he wanted to take me somewhere special. Had seen The Baths restaurant on the road and thought that was such a beautiful location to have a restaurant. We ended up turning the car around and going there. Had a table out on the balcony and had seen these pelicans come up on the sand. Locals I thought. There was a birthday party going on and everyone was enjoying themselves. Had the best meals and very reasonable. Went for a walk on the jetty infront of the restaurant afterwards and little to my knowledge this is the spot that my husband proposed. This restaurant will always hold such a special place in our hearts and we will always be back.

Debbie was just fantastic! She had added so many little touches to add to your wedding day. She made a beautiful little beaded heart as a keepsake and a little gift which went in with our themed wedding. The wedding was in April and I had wanted Frangipanis. It was nearly the end of their season and I thought that there might be a chance that I could not have these flowers but... no Debbie worked magic and gave me the most georgous flowers on the day.
Having a morning wedding down in Sorrento meant that delivery would be very early in the morning but Debbie had this covered as well. She is truely amazing and worth every cent! Will highly recommend her.

Have been here twice now and love it more with each visit. This is a place for total relaxation and pampering. Have experienced the indoor private baths and the outdoor baths. Both highly recommended. Will be back for more pampering. Always good to book in advance.
