I used Priority One Plumbing when my drain got blocked. They charged me over $1000 for a total of about 1 hour's work to run a high-pressure water jet through my drain and a camera, which didn't clear the block at all. This was my first time using a plumber and I blindly trusted their pricing and advice. They then quoted me an extra $3000+ just for finding the location of the block. I instead got another plumber around, who found and cleared the block in about 20 minutes (it was a short distance in, at the bottom of the boundary trap) and charged me around $200; their minimum one hour fee. He said the block should have been located easily by the other plumber. I then asked Priority One Plumbing for a refund but they refused. I took the matter to my state's tribunal service (VCAT) and won a full refund but they still haven't pay. I would suggest people avoid at all costs!

I had priority come out to check out my blocked drains. They used a CCTV drain camera to look inside the drains and found there were blockages throughout our pipelines. They used a water jet to clear all the blockages. The plumber was really helpful and explained the whole process. I was really happy to have this problem cleared up just before we have family over for Christmas!

Very helpful and fast service when fixing my hot water heater. The price was reasonable and the plumber was friendly. I would use them again in the future.

Don't get these guys to clear roots from your drains, not only are they really expensive but they are also ineffective. I ended up having to get another plumber after priority one could not do the job. The other plumber (Capital City) had no trouble and were less than half the price at $180.

A pleasant surprise and absolutely brilliant on the day ! We called priority one plumbing service to fix the hot water system, water pouring from bottom of hot water system. I got a call back within few minutes. The service man came after 30 minutes and new system installed by lunch! I was really happy with the service from priority one. Thanks a lot .

I contacted priority one plumbing for a blocked drain , I thought it would be hard to find someone able to come and sort it out , but the team at priority one plumbing were on to it straight away. They arrived when they said they would and resolved the issue quickly. I was really happy with Priority One Plumbing, I recently called them when one of our toilets kept blocking up. Shane the plumber turned up on time and kept me informed on every step he was taking to repair the issue. He unblocked the toilet and made sure that we didn't have any other blockages at our house. They were quick and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber!

Recently contacted this plumber to install new instantaneous Gas hot water unit as our Gas storage unit was leaking. After discussing the job and looking at the other 4 gas appliances quote job and asked for $900 to purchase HWS. Money paid then 3 days later another plumber came onsite to start the work but advised it could not be done as it would not be compliant as the pipe from meter to house to small. He said he would contact us with revised quote. 6 days later he rang with a price of nearly $6,500. Advised he that we would not proceed and we wanted our money back. After many phone calls which they rudely hung up and several emails which they implied get lost we see our money gone with nothing to show for it. Be VERY CAREFUL if you use them in Melbourne
