I first came to know about this spa by buying a groupon voucher for my husband and myself. Thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Today is the third time I am back to the spa. Have a microdermabrasion which i am pretty pleased with the result

Groupon pamper package. Difficulty in getting a booking. Had to wait 6 weeks and do it by email. The place was filthy. Dirty carpets, cups, glasses, walls, spa etc. The towels were old and not fresh. The sheet on the massage bed was old and pilled and not fresh. The toilet was leaking. The staff kitchen was unclean. I will never go here again. The package was shortened and not worth it, even though it was discounted. The owner needs to do an upgrade urgently, but too late for me and my friends. The therapists were courteous and kind.

I had my hair cut and coloured at the salon. The stylist was great a young Irish girl. It was a Monday so the floor was empty apart from me. I booked in for the initial package.
Although no head massage or tasters as described on the site. The experience was good. I received a great wash and wear hair style.

My partner and I initially went on a Groupon voucher and had the most amazing 3hrs of treatments and spa and we loved it! We have since been back for a full body massage and have already booked for our next one! The ambience and the staffs care and skill are noteworthy!

I went into this day spa today and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The therapist I had was lovely and her massage was amazing I absolutely loved it. I end my treatment with a soak in a spa and it was so relaxing. I booked in my next massage and facial before I left. I'm looking forward to it!

Warning bells went off from the start! First of all when I phoned up for an appointment, no one answered the phone for 2 days!! I finally sent them an emailing asking for someone to call me. Their accuse was that a tradie pulled out the phone line. I finally made a booking then 48 hours before I supposed to have my massage they phoned to say they doubled booked me. I not only organised for a day off from work but I wasted that day off because they can't book people in properly. I even booked over a month in advance. I received a lousy apology and not even some form of compensation like a small discount or anything like that. There are plenty of fantastic day spas in Mornington, don't bother with this one!

I had a treatment last month that was terrible. No technique, more like a rub than a massage. There was no requirement to fill in a client card to identify any allergies, health issues etc. I had to call them to confirm my appointment and girls were very vague on the phone. Biggest waste of money. It's a shame as this was a fantastic day spa that's now been run into the ground. I went in today with my girlfriend and was undressed on the massage table when they told me to get up as they couldn't do my treatment. They claimed I hadn't read the fine print on the voucher and couldn't come twice. I had been given a voucher for Mothers Day which I'd redeemed and I was there today on my girlfriends double voucher which I'd given her for her 40th birthday. Groupon agree they were in error as I'd only tendered one voucher as per the fine print. The gall to tell me to get dressed, enter into an argument with me and not even offer any kind of apology. What a disappointment in what was expected to be a lovely day for my best friend. I will never go back again and urge you not to either. Be warned! Do they under-estimate the power of word-of-mouth??

Firstly - please do not read any reviews below this one, as the company has changed hands (twice) and is no longer the lovely salon it once was.
My partner bought me a voucher at Christmas time that I used recently. Apparently the old owner went in to receivership so the new owners are only honouring half the value of whatever you paid for the voucher.
It was taken over by the new(est) owner in April - and they then have supposedly gone overseas for an extended holiday (hmm... as you do when you take over a failing business), and so if you ask the staff any questions of detail, the answer is always "I'm not sure, the owner is overseas..." (even so much as asking what treatments they offer, cannot be answered!)
The massage room was not pretty. Looking through the hole in the massage bed, I could see muddy footprints on the floor, and a potential fire hazard by a power board over-filled with cords that sits on the floor near the bed.
The lady who did the massage was lovely and did a great job, however, the heating wasn't on, so the room was freezing and I probably could have relaxed a lot more if I was warm.
Also, disappointingly, I not only broke out from the facial (to be expected, to a degree), but I also had an allergic reaction to the products and have since had to go to the Drs to get ointment for it. (I have never reacted to any products before - the lady did tell me after that I had "sensitive skin" - which is not a way that I, or anyone else, have ever described my skin before.)
I will not go back to this salon, nor will I recommend it to friends.

Nice ambience and great massage rooms. Geisha tubs are beautiful and relaxing with a friend.. Products are beautiful and gentle on skin.. Staff are friendly and professional

Expensive, but that is to be expected I think, for such a relaxing experience. A wonderful place to take a time out from the rest of the world. They also do gift vouchers, which I have given on numerous occasions.
