A very special friend turned 65 and I wanted something special as she loves flowers.

I was extremely unhappy and disappointed with the look and quality of the $100 flower arrangement I ordered for a very special occasion. I would never write a bad review about a local business as I live, work and shop locally and realise how hard it is out there in retail at the moment.
However, I feel that the way I was treated at the store (when I came back to discuss my purchase) was despicable. I was basically asked to leave and never shop there again. That is after I have been a loyal customer there for over ten years! What kind of customer service is that? I work in retail and have learned a very long time ago that a CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. It's time Simeon did, too.
I do understand your complaint and do apologise that you were not happy with the style of the arrangement. If you would have come in to discuss your disappointment I could have helped but you came in very aggressively, accusing me of lying to you. If you come back to us now, I will be very happy to give you a credit for the $100
My flowers for my wedding were fantastic. Simeon was great to deal with and very accommodating. Even when the Melbourne Marathon meant he has limited access to the venue to deliver the flowers he made it happen. Great value too

Always fresh flowers at Simeons. Love it when my boyfriend brings home flowers from there, they last a long time and look beautiful. They also help to put special bunches together.
Simeon and his staff are friendly and very helpful. Their flowers are always so fresh and reasonably priced. if you're not quite sure what your after, their creativity and presentation, and imagination is second to none. I would highly recommmend this florist for any occasion which may require flowers.
