What a joke this business is. My husband gave me a voucher after a recent serious illness and hospital stay, such a darling, but to this day i have absolutely no call back from this business, despite repeated phone call several times a day and messages on that blasted machine and emails sent over the past few months. The voucher is now close to expiry. I rang the fitness centre that the Canninvale store is located in, only to be told they are closed and that they get calls like this every day. And there is no re-open date. So frustrating. My husband keeps asking if i am going to use my voucher, but i dont have the heart to tell him he has been jipped. If an employee or the owner of Sparadise Canningvale or Rivervale is reading this, please contact your customers when they leave a message...its only good business, and of course it is polite.

My friend gave me a voucher for 3 hours pampering at Sparadise. Since it was more convenient for me to book at the Rivervale branch it tried at first to get an appointment for treatment there but week after week my calls were not returned and no one EVER took a call. So I tried to place a booking for Canning Vale and that did not work either. I have read the reviews for Sparadise Rivervale and also Sparadise Canning Vale and unfortunately must agree with the most negative ones only. This was not accidential, this was intentiona (I believe)l.

I am a fly in / fly our mining man. When my mate got me one of those vouchers close to the domestiv airport from where I fly I was all impressed: 3 hours of muscle relaxing treatment and pampering an all. Unfortunately when I tried to cash in on my voucher the situation changed: before I came into town and every time when I was in town I tried to get an appointment and none of my phone calls were answered and none of my messages left were returned. What a ripp off mob this.

I got a voucher for a spledid 3 hour pamper treatment and was REALLY looking forward to get it. Unfortunately I was unable to make a booking. None of my many phone calls were ever taken OR RETURNED regardless of the many messages I left. I simply gave up. wish now I would have driven to the shop and made a fuss but could not be bothered and should not have to be ! I have read other member's reviews for both Sparadise Rivervale and Canning Vale and I wonder why this business has a 5/5 star rating for Rivervale and a 3/5 star rating for Canning Vale when they are one business with two outlets. I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE OR RESERVATION FROM EITHER. NOT HAPPY !!!!!!!!!!!

First of all I never write reviews but I feel so strongly about this business as I have never come across one as bad. They do not answer the phone, they do not return messages or emails so I had to loose my money on my voucher for pre-paid treatments. I am going to take this further with ACCC.

My sister Chris and I had an appointment today, loved everything Amber is gorgeous, she know what suits you and will make you look great and we loved the experience, we found everyone so nice and helpful. looking forward to our next visit, also I never had any problem contacting the salon by phone or email, in fact Amber call me back just to confirm our appointment and the next one. big thankyou see you next month Amber. PS. Ryan is also so sweet.

I purchased a voucher to get 2 cuts and colours at Sparadise after reading the great reviews but have to say I am VERY disappointed in their service. Contrary to other reports I am having great difficulty making an appointment, emailed them 24 November to make an appointment and have been following up every couple of weeks since, finally got a response on 11 January advising they were busy for the next 3 weekends but please advise when I wanted an appointment after that, now the week before my requested appointment I follow up again as I never received any confirmation to be told I have been booked in for a completely different time to what I requested, after I asked for it to be moved, again no response. WAY TOO HARD to get an appointment!!!

I have had such a lousy time trying to book an appointment for a service i have already paid for at Sparadise. It's more than frustrating and a waste of my time. A lot more consideration for customers is needed. All i have heard is excuses and a woe is me attitude.

I cant even get through to this business to try and make an appointment - i try and phone every single day, phone just rings out or is diverted to a message bank that is full, so you cant even leave a message - could someone pls pls pls answer the phone so i can make an appointment

absolute luxury, like a little slice of paradise. Had a super relaxing massage, staff were amazing, have created such a beautiful atmosphere. cant wait to go back!

Unable to make a booking due to too many Deals.com. No customer service because they cant be contacted by phone. 5 months and still no resolution. I have requested a refund. Some reveiws ask why people get so irate when they only pay $69. Well when you pay $69 and you receive NOTHING, then that is cause for concern.

I had a Scoopon and had immense difficulty getting an appointment.Apparently they had a massive response and were exceeding their capacity.At one time I had booked the appointment on phone, went there to find out that it wasn't actually recorded.They also prioritize their full price customers.There were a couple of Scoopon customers who had walked in there to complain about appointments. When I finally received my spa services,I was absolutely pleased with the quality.The massage,exfoliation and hair treatment were the best I had ever had.Products used smelled amazing.I was compensated with a free mini pedicure as well which included a nice soak and scrub.The hair treatment left my hair soft and silky for days.I had never felt so relaxed and pampered in any other spa.Stone massage was ultimate TLC.My therapist was friendly and caring.However they don't provide complimentary shampoo with the treatment which in my opinion can definitely add value.My service was finished with a light snack and offer to purchase the same voucher on the spot.I reckon they need to assess their capacity and busy periods when offering discount vouchers in order to avoid inconvenienced and angry customers.

Lovely ambience at this day spa, the massage treatment was just great - the therapist made sure it was at the 'strength' that suited and all the products used smelt wonderful and felt great. Really blissful experience.

I had many treatments before. This is the first time I visited this establishment and I must say I felt at ease and relaxed straight away. The treatment was wonderful, I wished it'd never end. thank you, and I will be back.

A great place - with AMAZING customer service - the staff were the BEST I HAVE EVER come across.....I am a new regular for sure!

Used a zoupon voucher for a hair treatment and was most impressed with the service and quality of work.

Great Service and always with a smile. You walk away feeling great. There has been been many promotions, therefore it is hard to get appointments for full-priced paying customers though.

The staff made you feel at home and it was all very personalized so they made you feel spoiled and completely pampered. It is obvious that they are all very passionate about what they do, and their expertise and quality is consistently demonstrated throughout their spa treatments. Complete bliss! I have never been more relaxed. Great atmosphere and a great spa go to when ever you feel the desire to put up your feet and have someone take care of you.

Felt well looked after and the atmosphere was very nice - and I liked the results which is the most important thing - will go back and will ask for Sarah again

I went yesterday for the 2 hours island glow package that included hot stone massage, scrub and fijian facial. The girl that was in charge of me was not that experienced. It was her first day at Sparadise. The price however was great.

it was awesome!!! the girls were great and very professional - very friendly! It was also great value as I had a voucher from the internet and this didnt make a difference to the service! would definitely recommend it to others.

Used a voucher for haircut, colour and blowdry. Overall wasn't bad as far as cost is concerned, but was dissapointed with the actual hair cutting. I guess I got what I paid for.

Grabbed myself an internet deal thought it was to good to be true.
Received over 2 Hours of pampering for an amazing $189.00 stupid me paid over $350 at another dayspa (never again) .. Value for money and to be honest the treatment won hands down to the other salon very professional staff .. Would recommend this amazing day spa and hair salon

I felt fantastic. Just the way you imagine should feel after a great massage, so relaxed. Also the hair dressing experience is fabulous. This is the place I go to when I need to be pampered.

Got a great deal only $59 for almost two hours of pampering. The premises are lovely, a very soothing atmosphere. Totally loved it and would recommend to anyone.

Makes you feel like you are their only client. Extra's are great, nice and relaxing, would def go back and for those who have never been - give it a shot.

Staff offer personalised service. Listen to their clients and remain friendly but professional. The prices are extremely competitive. Overall an excellent experience and service.

I purchased a package off the internet for Sparadise, and it was such fantastic value for money. Despite the affordability of it, the hairdresser was fantastic - so genuine and friendly, and it gave you such a personalised service, and the hair treatments were great, it was heaven for three hours. I would recommend it to anyone, and I will definately be back!
