I went to get some issues sorted with my bank account.
There was alot of people there, but the staff easily handled the amount of waiting customers.
The problem was sorted out quickly and they even replaced my dodgy card (sometimes it would not work, probably my fault though :P ) free of charge.

I wanted to change my credit card to a gold card as it came with complimentary travel insurance. I needed this done quickly so that I could pay for an upcoming trip on the new card (which is required to get the insurance). St George's customer service phone centre were so helpful, they put in a request to get the new card processed urgently then expressed posted it to my closest branch and even called me to tell me it had arrived and could be picked up. All done at no cost to me. I was so impressed.
