Star Track Express

No respect for the customer, it all about them. They would not deliver my consignment because it was addressed to unit 5 /92 and not factory 5/92.
The driver making the delivery made this call and they backed him up.

We have been using AAE for many years to ship our large items to other states in Australia, and they have always been extremely reliable, and always on time for pick-up. Excellent customer service.

Was really disappointed in star track. They had promised the company i work for that they would pick up the goods ready for pick up at a particular time of the day and only achieved this for 3 days until we where informed they could not pick the goods up as promised by a particular time of day. very disappointing.

This was a great experience with a courier company I have always trusted. The staff is always really helpful and the products are always of the best quality. Definitely recommend this business to others.

We had a box coming up from Fairfield Sydney and the carrier that was used was Star Track Express. Our box never arrived when it was suppose to. I found out that they had onforwarded it with another carrier, but they never checked to see if it had arrived. I rang them and spoke to a customer rep, but my complaint has never been followed up as I have heard nothing from them. I will now have to write a letter to them and ask why all of this has happened.
