They worst experience with Star Track. The driver left tyre burn marks on my driveway and Mario the Operations Manager who was a bully called up as rude as ever telling me I will have to take it up with the driver as he is a contractor. They Just washed their hands of the situation in a manner that was uncalled for. Will never be using them again and will be complaining to the company who used them for delivery. Shame of Star track delivery.

The absolute worst. I took a day off work to wait for my TPG modem to be delivered. The delivery guy buzzes my apartment. Within 5 seconds (literally), im at the apartment phone, speaking and trying to buzz him up. I hear nothing. I rush down stairs within 1 minute of him buzzing my apartment...he is gone.

Seems to me like these delivery guys are pure lazy and just go through the motions. They must have assumed I would not be home. What worse is I call their customer service, annoying as you have to speak to a machine first, and they couldn't do a think about it.

To add insult to injury, the delivery guy leaves a a 'missed parcel' card stating that I should pick up my package after 12pm on that same day from the nearest post office. I arrive at the post office at 1:15pm and it's not there either.

I'm still waiting for my modem.

This delivery company is incompetent. Businesses that use these guys need to re-evaluate their business model.

Startrack is now dumping parcels in post office instead of delivering them at a cost of $9.35 each extra. Even though they have permission to leave. We cannot go back to our customers and ask them for another $9.35, and WE HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THEM TO BE DELIVERED.
Disgusting customer treatment .
This week alone we had 18 parcels non delivered to customers....bloody disgrace, avoid them.

Parcel was shown as delivered in full but it was delivered to the post office, even after I gave authority to leave it in a safe place at home knowing that no one will be home during business hours. Very incompetent, now I can’t get my parcel until the weekend, how useless is that!

Sydney to Wollongong delivery

Lost my new phone, after 1 week, after chasing continuously, Customer rep Ian (Samsung Specialist) replied to contact Samsung directly for refund or replacement.

Worst service ever, pathetic customer service with no responsibility. puts on hold for hours with no update on delivery or parcel.

Recommend to use any other service provider than StarTrack.

These drivers are useless never folllow simple instructions for leaving parcels with authority.
Then spend more time trying to ph and track item to pick up cost more time then the item totally useless

Calling them pathetic is a compliment. Staff are incompetent in the contact centre. Which is a given considering it's a contact centre and not customer service line as there is no service except the occasional lie. So my first delivery they indicated as delivered in full one day prior to when it was actually delivered. Second package was collected in Brisbane and sent straight to Australia Post whom are sending it here to Sydney. What's the point of start track premium service if it's just Australia Post? Either way if it was in an express post satchel I would have received it yesterday yet I'm still waiting .

find them to be very fast and quick and reliable.i have never had a bad experience with them.I have used their service for quite sometime now and parcels to and from have always arrived in one piece.
