Because of my fussy body corporate, he came to my place on three different occassions to get the job done. He assessed the situation and recommended the best option. He was patient and waited for all the approvals necessary. The job was completed smoothly like a summer breeze. He even helped with cleaning up after the job done. Mick came out and inspected our house well before the install date to make sure we were happy with everything he was going to do.
On the install day the guys arrived promptly and had our 2 Panasonic reverse cycle units installed by 1:00pm.
Overall a very professional, efficient team who know their stuff and were very customer focused, very polite and cleaned up after the job.
