I found Tenant Cleaners when looking for a reputable bond cleaning business. I spoke with Michelle from the office and was immediately put at ease that Tenant Cleaners have experience and know what they are doing. Nothing was too much to ask and Michelle knew the details of what service would be provided. I could book for a few days in advance. Lyn arrived on the day on time (7:30am) and worked tirelessly until the afternoon to clean the place from top to bottom. I was at the property clearing out final items and this did not perturb her at all. She was diligent and friendly, getting to know me while she worked.
I felt so comfortable at all stages of the booking and service process. I couldn’t recommend Lyn and Tenant Cleaners highly enough.
The landlord commented after the final inspection that the property was left in pristine condition and has been cleaned to a high standard.

Chris and the team went above and beyond for us when they did their bond clean. Sharon was amazing. The agent called us back to do cleaning as they decided they would take $1060 from our bond, this was for cleaning and a few minor other things. Sharon returned and we went over all the cleaning that needed redoing, in fact, there was nothing wrong with her bond clean and it was the agent being difficult as we didn't use her cleaner and tenants cleaners was very cheap. Cheap doesn't mean poor quality and in this case definitely not poor quality. Sharon redid everything as per the agents request(even though nothing needed to be done). Agent still wasn't happy so decided to take us for $2700, totally absurd and never heard of such an amount. We went to the RTA, which led to mediation with the agent, she wouldn't budge, either would we. Even the RTA told us her claim was ridiculous and she had nothing to claim for. We advised we would take it to QCAT, agent wasn't perturbed by this at all. 2 days later we received an email saying the "owner" wishes to withdraw it and to give us back our bond. She knew she had no case and was calling our bluff. We got all of our bond back as we rightly should have. Don't give up and don't let these agents scare you into handing over bond. The house we rented was far cleaner and in better condition when we moved out. Know your rights and don't give in to them. We would use tenant cleaners again and i would highly recommend them.

Chris and Michelle were great to talk to over the phone and gave me all the information and more than I needed not just for the bond clean but also to ensure the smoothest possible process with the real estate and the RTA. They also stayed in close contact with me during the clean and post clean when I received the exit condition report from the real estate to make sure they had meet all cleaning requirements. Linda who completed the bond clean was very professional, kind, and very easy to talk too. She went above and beyond with the clean and did not hesitate to return to the house to tidy up a few loose ends after I received the exit condition report. Everyone I dealt with at Tenant Cleaners I believe had my best interest at heart and were dedicated to doing everything they can to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties involved.
